The course is taught by faculty members who hold M.Com and M.HRD degrees, with some having dual degrees and research involvement. Faculty experience ranges from freshers to those with 5-6 years of experience, and they are interactive with students, although the teaching quality is seen as average. The annual tuition fee for the course is 40,000 INR, excluding an additional 2,000 INR for exam fees.
Unfortunately, the department does not offer placement opportunities, and no companies visit for recruitment; however, students can attend job fairs at Alvas and Sahyadri. Other departments in the college have some placement opportunities. The college aids students in securing internships, for instance, a 6-month internship at Janatha Bazaar examining employee absenteeism.
Additionally, students can participate in various fests and competitions to display their talents.
