- The college is too strict with attendance,if a student’s attendance is below 85 he has to pay a fine of ?5000,?3000 and ?2000 and if the student has a less than 75% attendance then he/she is detained which is very wrong ~ Abhinaba Bhuyan, BA

- Both the libraries have a wide range of books to choose from that cater to both ug and pg students
- All the faculty are very accomplished and have a wast knowledge of the subject

- Attendance is very strict and many people find it difficult to maintain
- Some of the faculty do not provide us with the ppt to study from
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placements from their 6th semester onwards
Many top international companies like Hyundai and Google visit the campus as well as Indian companies too
Im not sure about the highest package offered by companies but I have heard that it can go up to 7Lpa
Almost all students get placed 80-90%
Although getting placed right after a BSc degree is great it's probably a good idea to peruse a master's and maybe even a PhD

- Faculty, the disciplined environment that fathers have ensured in college , dress code -kurta or formals so it is easy fir everyone
- Law students have a dedicated library itself which even nlus dont have that great
- Many come to our college for our librarian
Dislikes
- The extreme attendance 85 makes it very difficult ,hardee than school also
- They treat us likeschool students and not college
- Sometimes excessive of rules for the students
Placement Experience:
From 4th year students become eligible for campus placements. There are many that come like Cyril Amarchandmangaldas and many tier 1 and 2 firms come for placement. To be honest it varies every year and last time the placement was less

- the discipline and dress code- this helps students to prepare themselves for the world outside,
- research papers and publications- if student wants to publish the research paper or assist any professor for the same christ university provides a wonderful platform mentoring that student to write and help them to publish one.
- academics and fests - the detailed course plan helps the student to follow everything in a proper order and the fests and events helps students to build networks and explore the opportunities
Dislikes
- attendance - students really have to work hard to maintain 85% of attendance sometimes when the student is busy in fests and other events they miss attendance and college don't take the responsibility for the same, the student has be alert with this
- last minute cia's - sometimes professors give them cias in last minute which might be hectic for student to complete and submit in the given period of time.
Placement Experience:
Christ University has proper club called Center for placement and career guidance (CPCG).
we have a placement coordinators and placemnet officers. the placement rate in christ university is quite good and they offer many training for the same such as resume building , apptitude , group disscussion, interveiw and body alnguage trIaning trainings are provoded either by other person outside the colllge or someone from the college.
students become eligible to sit in college from 5th semester or third year and try not to get backlogs because many company dont take students with backlogs
the companies started to come from june (2024) itself and till now (november when i am writing this) there has been 50 companies who has come for BBA students
the heighest pakage till now is 22 lakhs and the average pakacge ranges between 6 to 9 lakhs.
in my class by now 14 students has been placed out of 70 and still counting. however it doesnt guarantee placements and students are free to search companies and apply offiline.
my plans after getting degree is to get placed and if i m not able to make it then i will go for heigher studies.

- The college faculty is friendly and is approachable. They treat girls and boys equally, the class has projector as well as blackboard, teachers give power point presentations on the topic that they are teaching which is very helpful.
- We have events and fest every other month. The college focuses on academics as well as extra curriculars of an individual. We have many inter college and intra college events.
- The library facilities is really good , they have more than 500 books related to academic readings and also have non fictional books for an individuals development.
Dislikes
- The attendance criteria is 85% , which is mandatory.
- The college values discipline alot , therefore one has to follow the dress code which is- kurta with duppata for girls and formals for boys.
Placement Experience:
The placement rates are really good , almost 80-90% of students get jobs through placement. The big four companies come for placement ... companies like E&Y , PWC , goldmansachs , etc . Therefore placements are good.

- The faculties are very approachable and guides us.
- Green Campus with very calm atmosphere and zero waste policy.
Dislikes
- Attendance policies are very strict and is seriously managed.
Placement Experience:
Most of the Campus placements in the college happen for BBA BCOM MBA and other courses which are management or IT based.
General sciences placements are very few.
Good companies like Deloitte, EY, BCG comes to college.

- Teachers, who can be very supportive and understanding.
- The general crowd. you get to meet people from different places.
- Campus and campus life, with a lot of diversity and people from different place.
Dislikes
- College life can get very hectic with assingments.
- attendance policy is quite strict, resulting in a lot of people having to pay fines.
- failure to pass exams also require a hefty amount of money to redo the exams.
Placement Experience:
There are no particular placements provided by the college itself, but the teachers do help with students getting a job and even help with respect to recommendation. The teachers have a wide network of people from the same area and are very helpful in helping students get hired. Even the students know each other well and seniors are very approachable and help each other out.
