I took specialisation in business analytics where I learnt a lot of programs from ISDC training classes .
Programs were offered to gain insights nd develop skills in data handling.python , machine learning,R++ ,MySQL ,big data were offered in this specialization course.
Course frequently offer practical components such as projects case studies and fieldwork which are designed to apply theoretical knowledge in real world scenarios.

- The teachers were really good and understanding
- The fee structure for Karnataka students was really affordable as I got my degree done on 120000
- The attendance was not really strict and valid reasons could get you the hall tickets

- The campus is really small and has no interesting vibe around
- The canteen in college is bad the fee structure for non Karnataka students is really bad

- Good neighbourhood and excellent environment to actually study in, college has many facilities, where you can even opt for gym if you are a gym freak, which is actually best for teenagers who are interested in being fit and training.
- The college has best canteen in nearby area which makes it good.
- College is not only concentrated towards study they also provide good sports training

- The attitude of few faculty members will make you feel like a wage worker.
- The college is strict towards attendance below a specified percentage.
- College has rules like No casual dress, No cargo, baggy fits, only formal is what demanded.
Placement Experience:
The college has many few companies which conduct interviews in the 6th semester while they offer around 6LPA package almost and average of 3LPA, I would like to continue with my business plans further studies.

- There is no proper canteen they have kept a stall and say that is a canteen
- The campus is small and doesn't feel like a campus only
- This feels like an office and they don't allow students to use lift

I had choose this course because I was interested in it and it's a great experience. My course is divided into semester. The teaching method is also very easy if we attend the classes regularly. And even if we skip classes teachers help us to teach us

Rather than going into deep & hardworking studies like science, I had to choose commerce as my course so that I get lot many options to work for and have a wide scope so that I could float with courses.
I improved in mathematics and accounting as the teaching methods by faculty were easily understandable hence I faced my examinations well and scored well no matter what when I faced difficulties solving problems my teachers helped me alot.

- MES college has the best teachers and mentors who'll guide you to the right way for your success.
- MES had the best crowd of talents and the college also provided future skill courses like Microsoft Excel, Power Bi and many other useful courses
- The events that they conduct for students are also good I was an organizer in two of the commerce events that is Parivartan and Chakravyuh
Dislikes
- The infrastructure has to develop because in alot of classes there were shortage of benches where all the students couldn't sit properly
- Also hygine needs to improve in the college the washroom gives a bad odor every time and also the canteen is a bit unhygienic

Placement Experience:
Students from 5th semester are eligible for placements and to be very honest highly disappointed. Because the college has promised us good companies with decent package but it was worse, both the companies and the package which was not even bare minimum. Companies that came to placements were HDB, Muthoot Finance, Quess, Geojit, Aditya Birla, Mphasis etc. and all the companies that I've mentioned were either Voice and non voice or Sales oriented where the minimum qualification for the posts were only 12th pass. The companies offered a package of only 1.5L to 2L per annum which was not really settling for us. My plans after degree were to bag a good company in the placement, get an year job experience and then pursue my MBA but due to the companies that came to placements I'm on hunt to find jobs.

- There is no focus or guidance for extra curricular activities
Placement Experience:
If you guys join the college seeing the company for placement means please don't join because most of the companies doesn't come and out 200 people only 60 would be able to get selected and there is no guidance provided for the interview

According to the reviews online, Bangalore University (BU) is an average university and is known to be deteriorating day by day.
- Students are irritated by their evaluation system.
- They tend to check the answer sheets carelessly.
- The faculty never completes the syllabus.
- The announcement of results is delayed quite often.
- The condition of the campus is deteriorating and no action is taken to solve it.
- There is a lack of core technical subjects in B.Com.
It is suggested that you do not go for BU, as it won't provide learning and understanding courses, topics and the concepts. It will be better if you opt for VTU instead.
