University of Jammu Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

At the start of your 3rd sem. You become eligible for campus placement. I got placed in Waterhealth as a senior executive and worked there for almost one year as a senior executive. The average package here is Rs. 2.5- 3 lakh.

I did my specialization in human resources and I was really disappointed when not even a single company visit our campus for the recruitment of an HR. So I had to apply off-campus. The average package that companies offer here is Rs 3.5 Lakh.

Mba is the course which give you immense knowledge about how the management work in a company and it provide better job opportunities and help to bulid a good career in cooperate world and more over it add good value to your cv also . There are 6 teachers over 40 students in tbs . The teacher here are phd degree holders and have good experience in teaching and the teaching method is quite easy to understand. Exam are timely taken and it is easy to pass exam here

The course was very important in every student's life as it makes you very professional for the corporate world. There was 1 teacher for every 20 students and all were really qualified. All the faculty were phd mphill from top institute The time and schedule of exams were fixed and happens just after completion of the course. They also include snap test, mid sem test, and then final sem exams which makes students ready for finals and also has a lot of ppt assignments.

From the last sem ICICi, prudential, SBI, life insurance, Hdfc bank, Ebix water health and some other companies were mostly with a sales profile Don't remember about the package It was dependent on interviews mostly Wanted to get campus placement but not that much was offered there So applied from my side only

1. To expand my family business by learning the various fundamentals of business administration and seriously it worked very well in my case. 2. It was 6:40. 3. Jammu university is a well-known university in the field of education even in our time students from other states and sometimes even from other countries used to come to Jammu university for taking out admission. The teachers were so good and well-qualified withholding a degree of Phd and were very helpful towards their students they used to take student's pain as their own pain and that's what makes their teaching method different from the other teachers.

1. To get a well reputated job in the corporate sector. 2. Faculty: Student ratio= 5:35 3. The teachers were well-qualified and were very helpful to their students and the teaching method was really awesome they used to pay personal attention to every student for his/her development in the field of management. 4. Term exams used to be conducted on the time allotted by the university and was not so easy to pass out without attending the lectures. So to get good marks we had to attend the classes regularly.

Doing MBA, will not assure you whether you'll get placement or not. The placement is not that great. The average package that any company offer is Rs 3-4 LAKH. However, you can always look for off campus placement, as many companies do off campus placement.

Well overall the placement is not that great, they can do better. But if you ask me, I did my internship at ITC and they really got impressed with my performance during the internship, so they offered me a pre-placement offer which I accepted and now m working in ITC for the past 1 year.

Students become eligible for placement from the 3rd sem. Usually, banking companies and edtech companies take on a slew of students as their employees. Other companies like telecom and financial advisors also ahow a keen interest in placement process. The placement percentage is around 65%. I am planning on getting international education as soon as my final semester's result is out.
