Our college is best and nice college

Likes

The atmosphere of college is very nice and clean.
The college staff like Teachers are very helpful and supportive
Teachers are focused on every student very carefully.

Dislikes

The size of college are very small not much bigger
There are very less shops near by the college campus
There are many less students will participate in any kind of functions or etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To choose the computer application program my biggest reason is that my all brothers and sisters are doing good and well jobs in tech department. due to that reason I choose the BCA from Chitkara University

Review of chitkara University Himachal pradesh

Likes

Decent placements: the average package is around 6-7 lpa.
Good opportunities: the college provides a lot of opportunities like hackathons, seminars etc.
Less crowd: Even after being a private college, the intake is less because of small campus which is great.

Dislikes

Small campus: campus size is just 18 acres, there is no such place to hang out like big parks or ground.
Mess food: Mess food is not that good for the students opting for hostel, many times the food is not even acceptable.
Location: the campus location is just in the middle of nowhere, there is no place around to hang out.

Placement Experience:

Placements are above average in my college. The average package is around 6-7 lpa and the student get stipend over 20k average. Almost 80-90% students get place after the their final year. Mass recruiters come and take a large chunk of students and good students get into product based companies and startups. Seniors are supportive if you ask for help. Highest package was 33 lpa last year. internships starts in 3rd year starting and placements start in 3rd year ending.

Likes

I made good friends . teachers are very good in nature
Overall infrastructure is good . My companies went out college every year.
As I am in first year so I heard average package is 10 lpa and highest is 1.2 crore which is really good

Dislikes

Campus is very small . It is in 17 acres
Their pc in the labs are never working.all should have their own laptop
Our college never organises a fest if they will organise that is only for hostels, there is nothing for days scholars

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am in first year second semester in my first semester I have 5 subjects which includes physics, electronics ,mathematics, c programming and other languages .now I am in second semester which includes the pro level of c programming maths, physics . I think the college should consider the practical knowledge not the theoretical knowledge . The frequency of exams is very high we have 3 STs and one final examination. Basically I am interesting in learning the computer languages that's why I have opted this course

Greenery, Environment, Sports area, Cu bridge we feel kind of relief there away from all the crowd.

Dislikes

No social events , no fest, No good food in mess and attendace should be 75% which is sometimes veey difficult to do.

Placement Experience:

Form 3rd semester we become eligible for college placements. Many well known companies like Google Amazon Infosys Delloite Tech Mahindra and many more have visited and package is around 5-6 lakh per annum. I don't know much about package as I am in first year. Cgpa should be above 7 to sit in placements. After getting degree I am planning to pursue MBA.

Chitkara university, Baddi review

Likes

The campus has alot of greenery and serenity.
The classrooms and the libraries are good here.
There is a gym, sports arena, football ground, basketball ground and volleyball ground

Dislikes

The road that leads to chitkara baddi is in very bad condition, it takes around one hour to reach chandigarh.
The mess food could be more nutritious and fruits should be added to the menu more frequently
The in campus eateries are expensive and the food is not very good.

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester, the students are eligible for placements. There are campus placements available here. Many companies visit and take interview of students. The average package is six lakh per annum.

All about chitkara university, solan

Likes

I liked the calm and composed environment of the campus.
Diversity of students , students from various states and places have come here to get their education
increased social interaction and supportive staff

Dislikes

The university doesn’t provide much for sports,
The size of campus is somewhat small. It feels like you are stuck in a cell.
Sometimes the food is not even average , you cannot eat that thing

Placement Experience:

As far as the concern towards the placements . The placements start onwards the 6th semester and very well established companies like the infosys visit the campus frequently. The highest package this year was around 40lpa , and the average remained around 6lpa. Nearly most of the students get placed easily, if we talk about figures around 90% students who sit for placements get placed.

Good college for studying

Likes

The campus is in a very peaceful environment
The hostels are very cheap and mess food is also ok
The staff is good and very helpful, teachers are also good

Dislikes

Hostel in timings are 9pm and the gym is also open in slots due to which too much crowd is there
If you have to go out you have to apply for gatepass that too with your parents permission, the warden calls the parents if you ever go out
There are not so many extra curricular activities the number is ok ok

Placement Experience:

If you have the skills and knowledge you will surely get placed , you shouldn't have any back in any subject or else they won't allow you to sit in placements , I don't know much about the statistics of this year's placement but last year's average package was like 6Lpa

that is ragging free campus that free over the biggest problem over juniors
very green environment near hostel and all over campus
the facult are also very supportive they help you for any work

75% attendance are compulsory in this college
campus size is very small not all games courts and ground are present
students get very less free time daily to be productive in thei life

1.5th semester students eligible for campus placements. 2.google give 4800000 packege 3.vipro give 1000000 packege to 8 students any many other compnies are come. 4.in last year 90% students got placed at average packege is 800000

Chitkara University Baddi Review

I really liked it was very good.. I am glad I came here.
The teaching faculty is great they support you in every thing.
The hostel laundry facility is great you don't have to think about washing your clothes by yourself

Dislikes

The food is sometimes a bit up and down but it is fine for the price
The bathroom cleaning thing is a bit they should take in consideration.
Some areas in the college should be repaired and should be taken care of.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of the growing scope in this field and I wanted to explore the world of computer science a bit more. Faculty is great every teacher is masters qualified and it is great every teacher is supportive ask questions as many times you want. The exams I would say are hard which is good for the future. And I think it should be like this in every university.
