The thing i like the most about the college is the extracurricular activities as it builds strength in us, the faculty is very knowledgeable and supportive.
The campus is so neat and clean, it is plastic free, there is no ragging in the college and I can take guarantee for that.
As a student you can get every facility within the campus itself, the classrooms are very spacious, the whole campus is very beautifully structured in the lap of mountains and you can get alot of opportunities to be a successful person.

Dislikes

I disliked the transportation facility because most of the time what happens is the changing in the bus route again and again and sometimes students who paid does not even get the seat in the bus, the faculties who doesn’t even pay the don’t let sit
If you have not paid the fees because of any circumstances they won’t let you sit in the exams, and if your attendance is low you are detained
Last but not least, the burden on the nursing students, they won’t get much holidays as other students and they don’t get much time for themselves as they are mostly stressed about the pressure the college gives them

Placement Experience:

No doubt the nursing students will 100% get the placements in the worlds best hospitals like: Max Hospital, Alchemist, Paras Hospital and many more. After the completion of 4 yrs bsc nursing, the students are eligible for getting the placements. Till now 98% students have got the placements... some has gone abroad. Also I will take the placements given by my college in the near future

Staff the faculty is very helpful and supportive also .
The atmosphere is very good we can hang out with friends.
The is canteen area is very good and huge also

Dislikes

The food that they serve in canteen that is not good
The food is very expensive and the quantity ia very less
There is too much classes like four five classes on a row

Placement Experience:

Chitkara University provide the placement at a good rate and the package are also good 4lakh to 5lakh minimum and we have to crack the interview that your responsibility . After getting degree i will try to get placed in a good company

Likes

Campus Life is very good.Njght life of hostel is very good
All the students, senior and student are very supportive.
Hostel food is also good and all the facilities are available.

Dislikes

Sports arena in our campus is small and crowded.
Their is no outing sites nearby but a good view.
Their are only some shops nearby like general store.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is quite good in academic rather then other universities their are many hackathon and competitive coding competition which includes likes SIH and many more .some of cricket matches are also conducted.

Likes

This university is really best for studies
Placement is also very good. Around 3rd Year placement session starts
The average Placement varies from 5 LPA TO 8 LPA

Dislikes

Location is not so good. It has worst location
Very much restrictions are there. Small campus size
Not so much events and very less fest happens here

Course Curriculum Overview:

CSE field here is very good. This college brings oppurtunities one has to grab them . They have good average package around 5 to 8 LPA. Highest package of 2024 is 34 LPA from Flipkart I guess. If one is hardworking it is really awesome course

Likes

The college was good.The nature outside the campus is so beautiful.
The faculty members and techers were also very good.
.The campus is small but all the thing is well designed.The boys and girls ratio is 3:2

Dislikes

There was no particular seat limit in BE,CSE course.
college do not allow the outside cooking food in hostel
Remains all is good.I was enjoying here very much.

After 5th semester campus placement is offered.Companies like virtusa scaler infosys wipro etc.In last year scaler companies offer 22 lakhs and 2 student placed there.Avg package is 5 lakhs and highest package is 25lakhs.Almost 80-90% students getting placed.My plan is to do job in software field after degree.

Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh : Worth it or NOT

Likes

No Ragging at all. The campus is raging free completely. Faculty will surely take strict actions against those who are into ragging
Green and Clean campus with a beautiful view of kasauli hills. Weather is good
Faculty is cooperative. Academic curriculum is very well designed. They will start teaching coding very early

Dislikes

Small campus, it is around 17 acre of land. It could have been more

Placement Experience:

From 6th Sem onwards, you'll be eligible for campus placements. There are lot of companies that frequently visits our campus. Till now, few of them are Siemens, razor pay, scaler etc Highest package: 22 LPA Average: 7 LPA. Cgpa of students getting placement varies from 7-9.5

Chitkara University is Good for all

Likes

All senior are very friendly no point of ragging.
Accomodation facility and laundry facilities are provided in very cheap price
College staff is very supportive in all means

Dislikes

Some times students discrimination happens between themselves

Placement Experience:

Placement are good in our campus students placement get started in the beginning of the 6th semester only . Student get great exposure and placement offer last year our campus have average placement offer of 7-8 lakhs per annum our campus.get the highest package of 28 lakhs this year and about 90% of our senior are now placed since last semester

Chitkara University: excellence in academic and campus life

Likes

Overall academic vise it's good. Campus is ragging free
Various clubs help the students to get engaged on co curriculum activities
Faculty is very understanding as well as helping.

Dislikes

As compared to rajpura campus events are less

Placement Experience:

From the third year itself students get placed Prev year the highest package was 22 lacs And almost everyone gets the placement as per I have seen till now as currently I am in my third year of my bachelor's in engineering

The life I expected in the university

Likes

The environment around is great for studying
The hostal's are clean and great for living
There is no ragging in our university which is a great thing

Dislikes

No good place and field to play in the university.
University time table is quite stressful and long

Placement Experience:

They're quite well it is about 7-8 lpa which I quite good from 5 sem students started getting intership and placement opportunities Amazon , Microsoft, Google and many more companies come in the campus they they provide quite offers and the percentage of students getting placement is about 75-80% My plans are To get placed in a good company

A guide to Chitkara Baddi

Likes

The campus is lush green. The environment is good as it is in Himachal.
There are only limited number of students in the campus, which helps in times of placement.
The campus is very green and clean. Proper sanitation facilities are provided.

Dislikes

The quality of mess food is not much good.
The ventilation in Bose hostel is very poor.
Some faculty are not so good teachers, even if they have knowledge of the subject, there are not able to convey it.

Placement Experience:

The placement facilities offered here are much better to its competitors. The average package is 6-7 lakhs per annum. Several companies visit the campus during placement season. Most of the students are placed in the first few days itself.
