Placement is also very good. Around 3rd Year placement session starts

Location is not so good. It has worst location

Course Curriculum Overview

CSE field here is very good. This college brings oppurtunities one has to grab them . They have good average package around 5 to 8 LPA. Highest package of 2024 is 34 LPA from Flipkart I guess. If one is hardworking it is really awesome course

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The yearwise fees I pay is 70,000 rupees. It is same for all categories . My other batchmates also have the same fee structure. There is no quota at all. Admission fees would be around 500 to 1000 rupees

Campus Life

Campus Life is Below average here sorry to say but this college lacks here only. Not so much club involvement. Boring campus life. Not so much fest and event . A BIG NO TO CAMPUS LIFE . If you consider campus life then it is 5/10 here

Admission

I have chose this college because of fee structure. It has really less fee in comparison to other colleges. I recommend this college to all of you but it depends on you how much hardwork or how much effort you put here

Faculty

Faculty is really Good . All are PHD holders and they have vast knowledge about their subjects. Teaching quality is awesome. One should do really hard work. Exams are easy to pass if one is hard working

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is quite good in academic rather then other universities their are many hackathon and competitive coding competition which includes likes SIH and many more .some of cricket matches are also conducted.

Overview of NIT HAMIRPUR

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good especially for computer science and electronics. This year only one of our senior got a 1.2 crore package he was of computer science branch. Rest of the branches also have a decent package 11 lpa being the average of all branches combined and also chemical branch has a 100 percent placement rate.

I found that placement ratio is nice in my branch I think my branch has major role in real life because chemistry is real life thing Definately if teacher can improve their way of teaching like make class more interesting 3 hour exam and exam is hard

Placement Experience:

Not sure but I think from 6th semester ur eligible for placements. There are lot of Companies that visit NIT Hamirpur like google , Infosys,TISCO and etc. Highest package ever offered is 1.75cr in CS branch and each year 1cr plus package are offered to cs students by different companies like google , meta and etc . The percentage of students placed is normally 80 to 90percents overall. And I also intend to get a decent package after my degree

Nit Hamirpur and experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placements of nit Hamirpur are very much good and the highest package offered in 2022 is 173 lpa and in 2023 56 lpa. I don't think so that that the starting packages are very bad. Average package is 7.54 lpa in all over courses
