Course Curriculum Overview

4

Curriculum is decent, in the first semester we have C language, Html and Css. In the second semester we have C and Linux. In the 2nd year we have frontend engineering, oops(C++),dbms and then after that we have to choose a path. then we have to study according to that. But the many topics in the syllabus of maths doesn't make any sense as they don't even benefit in software development.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Students get internships with stipend around 20k average. College provides decent internship opportunities for students and it's upon the student that he/she will grab the opportunity or not. Internship starts in the 5th semester and college does it's best to get their students placed in the companies.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are above average in my college. The average package is around 6-7 lpa and the student get stipend over 20k average. Almost 80-90% students get place after the their final year. Mass recruiters come and take a large chunk of students and good students get into product based companies and startups. Seniors are supportive if you ask for help. Highest package was 33 lpa last year. internships starts in 3rd year starting and placements start in 3rd year ending.

Fees and Financial Aid

This college don't provide any scholarship. The fees is very affordable. The tution fees for 1st year is 1.5 lakh and 1.4 lakh afterwards(may increase in future).the mess and laundary charges are 33k(including 5k security charges) per semester. So the total fees is around 2.16 lakh per year which is affordable compared to other private universities. This college has above average placements. Students get stipend around 20-25k.and the average placements is around 6-7 lpa. Highest goes above 30lpa. hackathons are held very frequently with prizes over 10k.

Campus Life

4

Overall experience is good in the college's. Although the college has some cons but hostel Life and friend circle doesn't make you feel zoned out. Their are some clubs and societies for students which is good and students can focus on extra curricular activities also but there is not good outdoor sports infrastructure in the university, library is decent with good amount of books but the size of library is small. But overall I will rate the college experience 8/10

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel is good here and affordable also. So that's good. There are amenities like induction microwave on every floor and daily cleaning except Sunday is done in the rooms. Bathroom are decent, they should be more clean. Overall it's a decent experience. meal quality is not good. Sometimes it's good but most of the times it's average and some times it's also not even acceptable

Admission

You will easily get into BE-CSE if you have above 70% in boards(even above 60%) and you only have to appear for jee mains, they don't care how much you score in jee mains. There are no reservations, it's just a first come first served admission process. They will provide you with a chancellor after you apply and they are very supportive and the admission progress is very smooth. We have exams every month which are called ST's which are 40 marks and then we have one end-term examination at the end of the semester which is of 60 marks.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty to student ratio is good. Most of the professors have PhD's, but some professors have very bad behaviour and teaching style. But most of the students study from YouTube or internet. So that doesn't make much difference.

Students become eligible from 7th semester for campus placement but you can apply off-campus if you want. A lot of times off-campus placements are of better amount than on campus placements. Almost out of 400 students present in a year, 100 get very good on campus placements.(Almost above 10 lakhs) 100 get between 5-10 lakhs And rest ho for higher degrees although they get a placement of 4-5 lakhs
