Many companies like microsoft and facebook uber ola simens hero honda visits the campus almost 90 per cent of students get placed my plan is also getting good olacemen6
Students are also provided scholarships and financial assistance to get good cgpa in their respective semester job is also provided on maintaining good cgpa and having good skills
I liked the people here. the teaching method of the teachers here is very good. the campus of the college is very good.

Dislikes

Ffe is scholarship is non governmental scholarship which is missed to apply.
However for our batch the placement season was worst over the last 10 years with less than 50% overall placement.
Some professors are not that helpful and kind they just give us warning on everything

Excellent college

Likes

Infrastructure,mess food quality, senior behaviour.

Dislikes

College is situated out of city, No non veg food.

Placement Experience:

7th-semester students are eligible for placement and internship. Tata, HCl, Wipro, Cognizant, Goldman Sach, Amazon, Microsoft, BPCL, and no of offers are about 90 percent got placed. My plan is to get a decent placement.

Reality of nit Kurukshetra

Sports , friends, campilus lake & greenery.

Mess bill is double to the the nits or iits.

Placement is good if you are from a higher branch but for a lower branch placement in the core is quite difficult, If you have an interest in coding then everything will be sorted but if you don't like coding & want a job in the core it is quite difficult.

Should you go for NIT kurukshetra?

Likes

The campus is very peaceful and green so it provide a decent environment for working and studies.
Sports facilities are very good and provide proper opportunities and training for the interested students.
The clubs and societies provide a lot of opportunities for extracurricular activities and a lot of work experience.

Dislikes

The mess food is not so good it is just for surviving.
The classes schedule is so hectic as some of the days in week you have classes from 8:30 am to 6pm.
There is in time restrictions for girls i.e. 8:30pm.

Form 7th sem students are eligible for the placements a lot of companies visit campus for on-campus placement and provide a lot of opportunities on the basis of their skillset the average package is near 9lpa and the highest package was 1.25Cr the lowest package offered was about 5lpa the percentage package offered was near about 90 percent I mechanical engineering.

A dream come true college

Likes

Friendships formed here are long lasting.
Clubs and societies are a fun part of college life and everyone would enjoy this.
Campus is vast and beautiful with greenery everywhere.

Dislikes

Class schedule is somewhat hectic. Classes are from 8:30 to 4:30
Placements need to be improved for core branches
Mess food is not of good quality. It is average

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent for the IT sector. Core placements need to be improved. Many students are placed in Microsoft. Above 80 percent of students are placed every year. The highest package offered on campus was 65lpa and off campus was 1.25CR.

The fests , the people around and most importantly the college life is what makes this college most special
The best infrastructure amongst nits , our college have many things to do and explore
The professors are also very good, they do lineant checking and give free time to explore

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, the students are eligible for campus. The highest package is 1.25 cr pa from the electrical department. and the average package offered to each branch is higher than 9 lpa Around 90 per cent of students get placed each year which is quite decent . My plans are to pursue govt. Exam after college

Campus size is quite bigger to live and explore
Markets are too vast and provide varieties at a subsidised rate
It has so many Sports facilities like gym, swimming pool,etc

Dislikes

Techfests are not much exciting as expected
Guards are very ill manered and also smoke very much all the time

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite fantastic in the subsequent years. Many students have got more than 1 cr + package during the On-campus placement which is equivalent to an IIT or top IIIT. The average package of pur college is 15 lpa.

The college is well connected to the outside
It was very low restrictions on the movement of students
The professor are great and help the students

There is a placement cell in our college which conducts placement for students All the top companies come to college to recruit. Examples are Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Goldman, banks etc The percentage for core branches is more than 80percent are for it it is almost 100percent

It's Green campus, campus have thousands of trees and colorful flowers 🌺🌹
Location of this college, it is in rural areas far from cities in peaceful place

NIT KURUKSHETRA : AN OVERVIEW

Likes

Senior Interaction is very good and seniors are very helpful.
Teachers are very supportive and helping .

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. For computer science, you have a 22 lakh average package. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, etc. This year's highest package was 40 lakh. Nearly 80% of students get placed. My plans are to apply in PSUs or Honda.

Life at NIT Kurukshetra

You will have an amazing campus life here, and You can capture memories from this institute. Various programs are conducted and have many clubs, crews, magazine festivals, societies, etc.
You can make a lot of friends but make sure to choose wisely for your well-being
The hush-green campus is incredible, giving off a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
The college is well equipped and has good infrastructure. The students have access to playgrounds, swimming pools, etc

The academic structure has entirely changed after the appointment of the new director, which is interesting and beneficial to the students.
This institute has an amazing library with a rich collection of books and periodicals
The faculty support is commendable here and this institute has an abundant alumni network
The new syllabus is good, which ensures full concentration towards internship during the sixth semester and students do not get pressurised by unnecessary exams
