It's a beautiful campus and well reputed university and the teaching staff is great with good experience
Every faculty members are not perfect but mostly are enough good with teacher and student bonding mind-blowing i can praise every staff members as well professors whose role is shaping students future wow
The hostels are quite decent and the food quality is also good.

Dislikes

THE 2ND CONS WILL BE ABOUT THE CAMPUS. SMOKING IS BAN IN CAMPUS BUT SOME CANTEENS SELL IT ILLEGALY WHICH IS NOT GOOD. 2. SOME CASES OF RAGING ARE ALSO SHOWN TIME TO TIME
In Jamia there is so many courses but the management for all courses are not enough good. Administration should take action regarding all the courses. Nowadays in jamia the management is going slow down. I mean it not effective in favour of students.
I don't like to Cheers of my university,and there are lots of things which have no importance of using in jamia Millia Islamia University and there are lots of disturbance in reading hall of jamia

My Experience Around Jamia Millia Islamia

The faculty here is one of Jamia's biggest strengths-knowledgable, approachable , and genuinely invested in student's growth.
Campus is super beautiful - a blend of calm and culture - green spaces , a well equipped library and labs that support learning
the one of the best thing is it is super affordable it is for students from all walks of life

Dislikes

The hostel fees is not that affordable moreover hoste academic calender doesnt align with college academic calender
Old infrastructure needs to be renovated. Clean drinking water is basic neccesity so all the water coolers should be fixed around the campus
Placement and Internship opportunities are still growing in bachelors degree .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum 7.5/10 I chose this course because it was giving me a chance to choose among 5 subjects - maths, geography, computer science, chemistry, physics Lab work yes, helps build intellectual skills and curriculum helps you build in quantitative mindset needed to succeed There are one main exam per semester

My jamia university days

The infrastructure ,teaching method ,faculty are all good
The quality of social interaction is very good .
The student comming from different part of the country all are well behaving and kind

Dislikes

Thing that i dislike the most is that some classrooms are not well maintained
Other thing is that in summers it is impossible to take class .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i will choose is Bsc hons in chemistry because this is my favourite subject No neend to improve course curriculum and teacher method as they have the best staff faculty in this university. Exam is on time

Library, central library is really pretty especially reading hall you can sit there peacefully.
Campus is really pretty , especially gate no 7 with beautiful flower and greenery, we used to sit there
Canteen especially engineering canteen...

Dislikes

Nothing as such , placements needs to improve

Placement Experience:

College provide placemments they need more work on that, but the things students are more intersted in research and governmeent exam, you will get off campus placement.Many students being placed in reputable companies.

My university have recently achieved rank 3 in central university list which have been declared recently because of infrastructure facilities availability of brilliant staff also good atmosphere diversity of my university shows the secular nation
My university provide an (RCA ) special exam for those students who are preparing for civil services exam if they one cleared this exam he will get privilege like no coaching fee no hostel fees he will b guided by geart teacher totally free
Our university provide a huge opportunity for sports students we have separate Play ground for all sports like cricket football volleyball also with seprate coach provided for each sport which make us feel that we are under huge benefits in low prize

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in my university but some things in which they have to see like my university conduct exam for bachelors course under cuet and they publish their exam results very late that's something they have to look after serious
My university provide best facilities but there is one problem my university not providing an online submission of fee for course and hostel which create some problem by standing in huge lengthy line which make one feel exhausted in summer look after
Our university provide library surveilence upto 12 night which is good but I think people prepare for any competitive wants to library Full night they have take action for allowing students to study whole night those who wanted to study late night

There are many special and specific reason for choosing this course for my career as I'm influenced by my Great teacher. also from my elders also from my universe... which have a huge mystry whom one gona solve in his Life this all things force' me to take this course for my life Our class teacher wants to increase in speaking English more to make good atmosphere of our class

i like teachers have deep knowlodege about subjects thus whatever we asked they have answers
teachers are puntual nad dilligant,some teachers even though they are old they have this dedication to job which i love alot
social interactions is something i like alot myself keralite the students are so good at coperation

Dislikes

infrastructure of jamia is bad,it doesnt have any developments at all
there are no events in jamia,a colllege life is supppsed to be folourful however jamia only promotes academics so no programs unlike du
hostel facilities are not available to all who take admission

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is goid it also include comouter subjects like programming web designing etc so its a good choice for a nathematician,exam timing is 3 hours which is okey but for some calculating subjects like numerical methods a bit more time would be appreciated and for real world applications subject mthemtics itself have a different study approach and job approach so not qyite sure about that.

In our college campus environment is very friendly and students react very kindly
College campus is good eco-friendly and greenery
Our college has sports complex where we can play cricket,football, volleyball, badminton,tabbletannis, basketball

Dislikes

College has not that much infrastructure as it is in new delhi and a hub for more than 20000 regular students
Nowadays placement effectiveness is also going low
Illegal entry of outsiders. Ther enter jumping above the walls

Placement Experience:

University provide campus placements for various courses but in our course there is very limited campus placements. Most of the students get placed out os campus. My plan after getting degree is to be place in a manufacturing company like TATA-BOEING

Specially the thing I like about my college is the environment and the culture of my college . Their is no ragging senior and junior were very friendly and teachers also.
I spend a lot of time in college it is like my second home and talking about social college gives me a lot of friends.
I don't think place ment cell is good of my college but the student after graduating from Jamia are self sufficient after the college they will easily find a prosperous job

Dislikes

Thing I don't like about my college is the reservation to the criteria
Department employee are very rude their is no proper communication between them
Their is alot of refrence in the college if you have refrence you can do anything in the college

Placement Experience:

From 4 sem student eligible for the internship . Many companies come for the placement like samsung , indigo , Google and many more . And student also get a very high package . As this is a central university every company want to get into it and get the student from Jamia Their is a small no. Of student getting placed due to placement cell is not good but those got place a very high package. My plans after degree is I ll try to get placed in indigo airlines as a Aircraft maintenance engineer.

The facility provided within the campus like printout services, canteens etc. are very helpful.
The college campus is full of green trees.
There is very friendly relations among students.

Dislikes

Only few fests are organised throughout the year.
Hostel services are not available for all the students.
Sports complex is not available to play for every student.

Placement Experience:

In the end semester students become eligible for campus placements. CISCO followed closely with an offer of rupees 24 lakhs. Other notable offer included rupees 8 lakh from Optum, rupees 16 lakhs from McKinley rice, etc.

I like about my college is that this provides very good opportunities to build yourself.
And placement of my college is very best.
Campus life is good every student behave very well.

Dislikes

College need to arrange some fest and all.
Needs to improve some courses and administration.
Need to improve classes because they are old in condition.

Placement Experience:

By last semester students become eligible for campus placements. Company's are Tata, HCL, Honda, ITC, Zomato, etc In 2023 some of top recruiters at jmi were KPMG, Accenture and DLF. Good placement record with the highest salary package for the 2024-25 academic year reaching rs 24.5 lac

Description of JMI

Likes

The environment of our university is very eco-friendly and surrounded by plants and birds.
Some teachers are so good in teaching as well as very cooperative and friendly.
There is no ragging or bullying is allowed in the Campus. Jamia exoell the one who bully.

Dislikes

Mathematics department is less engaged in any kind of entertainment purposes like fests and freshers and all.
There is no more such kind of activity except studying in maths department
Very less interaction in between senior and junior so we've to resolve everything ourself only

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love mathematics so i opt this course also in mathematics we dont have to memorize just supposed to understand the concept so i love that. Beside this there are lots of coperate sectors jobs which hire the maths hons students and we can also further eligible to do masters in any subjet after this course.
