Panjab University MBA Eligibility Criteria
- For admission to MBA, the candidate must pass a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks (5% relaxation to SC/ST/BC/PwD candidates) from a recognized university and must appear in the CAT/PU MET entrance examination.
OR
- A candidate must have passed final examination conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England OR Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England OR Institute of Company Secretaries of India OR AMIE Examination with 50% marks or more after having passed the diploma examination with 60% marks or above and have at least 5 years research/teaching or professional experience.

Admission to the MBA program is based on the marks obtained in the Punjab University Management Entrance Test (PUMET). The University also conducts GD/ PI/ Counseling rounds for final selection of the candidates.

Panjab University, Chandigarh offers a Ph.D. program in Microbiology, with specializations in Medical Microbiology. The Department of Microbiology, established in 1964, is one of the oldest and pioneer Microbiology departments in the country.
