Interested can apply online on the official website - ubsadmissions.puchd.ac.in. The application fee is INR 3250 for the general category and INR 1623 for SC/ST/PWBD category applicants. Panjab University MBA Eligibility Criteria

For admission to MBA, the candidate must pass a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks (5% relaxation to SC/ST/BC/PwD candidates) from a recognized university and must appear in the CAT/PU MET entrance examination.

A candidate must have passed final examination conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England OR Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England OR Institute of Company Secretaries of India OR AMIE Examination with 50% marks or more after having passed the diploma examination with 60% marks or above and have at least 5 years research/teaching or professional experience.

Admission to the MBA program is based on the marks obtained in the Punjab University Management Entrance Test (PUMET). The University also conducts GD/ PI/ Counseling rounds for final selection of the candidates.

Post graduate Govt college for Girls in sector 11, chandigarh is a prominent institution affliated to Panjab University , Chandigarh. It offers a variety of courses for under graduates and post graduated as well like BSc degree in Chemistry, Maths, Physics, Computer science. The college insfrastructure is a well maintained campus with spacious classrooms along with laboratories, language club, a huge library.Apartment from the academics the campus also involves a multi gym, cafetaria, swimming pool, large playgrounds, stationary, printing shop. The average placement offer for BSc graduates is an average of 5 lakh per annum.

The fees structure is such at Panjab University for MBA course, kindly go through the details below : The course has four semesters in total and each semester has it's fee structure. Semester 1 : 30000/- Semester 2 : 20000/- Semester 3 : 30000/- Semester 4 : 20000/- So the total amount of the course is 100000/- (1 lakh INR) I have done MBA in distance program where we have only one week of online/offline/hybrid classes per semester and we have to go and give proper on-site exams in the centre allotted to us. The department is CDOE (which was formerly called USOL)

Further candidates will have to deposit Rs.19000 towards summer placement, teaching material, business club, computer charges and alumni relations. The tuition fee payable for the course was Rs.20815 per year. The tuition fee hike is decided by the PU authorities according to government rules and regulations. There are no scholarships or financial aid provided by the University for the general category but for other categories, information is provided on the handbook available. I haven't undertaken any employment yet.

Tution Fees is 7000 per semester, Hostel fees is 6100 per semester, One time fees of books and computer lab is 20000 and 10000 respectively, There is no fees for clubs and cells in the department of UBS Chandigarh.

Life at UBS

Return on investment is really good, the college is pretty affordable.

Dislikes

Practical knowledge, the subjects mainly focuses on theoretical knowledge rather then practical.

The ubs fees structure is very affordable as the fees of MBA general, IB ,HR is apporx rs.60000 for 2 years, and EP- around rs 200,000. Chandigarh is a beautiful city yet expensive if student stays in hostel then monthly expenses could be around 10,000 other wise it can me expensive around 20,000. Ubs offers good placement opportunity, final placement as well as summer internship

Fee Structure for mba general, international business and hr is good, it is lowest in the region but mba entrepreneurship is higher but is also less if compared to other good institutions around the region. Various government scholarship schemes for st/st are available by union government, schemes for EWS students are also available.
