L&T conducted a campus placement process that included a written exam and an interview, open to both B.Tech and M.Tech students. From the 18 M.Tech students who participated, 4 were successfully placed. The college benefits from an active alumni network that aids in job referrals. Furthermore, the Entrepreneur Cell/Startup Center actively supports and encourages student participation in new ventures.
The institution offers a monthly scholarship of 12,400 INR from the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) to eligible students. Additionally, there is an SBI bank branch on campus, providing students with convenient access to loan services.
