I choose this course because this course makes students well-prepared for the corporate world and entrepreneurship, business, and finance. Faculty to student ratio of this college is approx. 1:20. Degrees like Ph.D., Masters, BEd, and many more holded by the faculty. Some teachers were friendly and some strict, but they helps students to solve their doubts. Exams are held every semester. It was not very difficult for me to pass.

I choose this B. Com course because of the wide range of career options it provides and it has a significant impact on the economy. This course can open up many career paths, including accounts, management, finance, advertising, business law, etc. As per the record of 2018-2021, the ratio of faculty to students is approx. 20:1. we can say that the Qualifications of the faculty can be Ph.D., Masters, BEd, etc. And their teaching methods are quite decent and simple. B.Com is a 3-year undergraduate degree program designed to provide, a Bachelor of Commerce professional degree. It consists of 6 semesters, 6 months for each semester. So, term exams take place twice a year. For me, this course is neither easy nor difficult to pass I. e, average.

The main reason to choose this course was that I wanted to. class size is large 150. Some teachers were good to have good proficiency in academics, but some were not, rather that everything was good.

I choose the course because I wanted to study finance. In our college, there are highly qualified professors. Most of them had a PhD degree. Exams are conducted as per the instructions of Guwahati University and the exams are easy to pass.

Just as I said earlier, campus placements aren't much talked about merely because not many good companies are coming here. Every student has to make his own future plans regarding employability. Many of them are already pursuing CA, CS, and CFA. Some are preparing for govt job exams and some for CAT.

Students are eligible for campus placement from the end semester. Only about 20 percent of the students are placed with an average salary of 150000 per year. Companies such as SBI, Reliance, and ITC came for jobs like junior accountant. The highest package is 4 lakhs per year and the lowest package can be from 60000 to 70000 per year. My plan is pre-decided, I am currently pursuing a CA which will surely complete after the completion of my degree and I might also aim for some IIM by giving the CAT exam.

Term exams usually are conducted in 5 months approx and within which there also lies a sessional exam from which 10 marks are sent to the final exam. The students must be very attentive in class as important questions are also discussed related to exams and everything else lies on preparation.

I have passed class 12 with the commerce stream that's why I choose BCom (Hons) course. The faculty in this college is awesome they are well knowledge and supportive. But the student ratio is bit high 672 students in a single batch. Teachers are well qualified they have done masters and well Ph.D. from recognized organizations. Teaching methods are good, but they usually use their local language which is a great barrier for students. The term exams are a little fast. Students get hardly 3 months before semester exams.

I have joined this course because I am interested in the knowledge of this course. Our college teachers are very good at teaching. In our college we are often tested on our reading and we are allowed to do various practical activities which make us advance in our reading.The ratio between faculty members and students in our college is 3:4 respectively.

The placement you get in that course is not that much great like Delhi University & other well-established Universities, but you get placements to be sure. Many students from this college are now doing jobs at Market Giants, i.e., Nestle, Hindustan Unilever, Toyota, Hero, ITC, etc.
