The faculty at the college is renowned for its high qualifications and extensive experience, often spanning 10-15 years and including backgrounds in research, industry, and corporates. The teaching staff is committed to providing quality education, focusing on both academic and overall student development. Faculty members are approachable, supportive, and utilize modern teaching methods such as projectors and PPTs, complemented by practical training and area visits.

The student-to-faculty ratio is 25:1, ensuring personalized attention. The faculty includes PhD holders, with each department staffed by 2 assistant professors, 1 professor, and 1 head of the department. Internal exams are held in three phases, and practicals are evaluated separately, with a student-friendly exam scheme. Despite some concerns about outdated equipment and ideology, the faculty remains dedicated to helping students succeed academically and professionally.
