- supportive environment and safety.my college provides safe and disciplined environment for women, which helps the students to focus on academics without distractions.tje women-only campus boots confidence and comfort
- most faculty members are supportive. they encourage us in everything and they will support us in all the ways.they help us in academic doubts and project guidence
- the college conducts regular placement and training, including soft skills, interviews, skill development which helps studenprepare for campus placementsts to
Dislikes
- although placements are available , industry exposure such as internships, company visits could be improved further to prepare students for real-world work.
- campus feels a bit restricted at times, few cultural events conducted compared to other universites
- lack of flexibility sometimes creates pressure for students as they follow strict rules
Placement Experience:
The placements at Malla Reddy Engineering College For Women are moderate and manily focused on entry level opportunities. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from 6th or 7th semester.placement cell provides regular training in communication, resume building, interviews to improve employability.
comapnies such as TCS,infosys,Wipro, cognizant,Accenture,Capgemini, and Tech mahindhra commonly visit campus.the average package is around 6-7lpa, while highest package is 46lpa offered to few.approximately 60-70% of students of eligible students get placed each year, especially who maintains good academic performance.
while top-tier companies is limited, they provide decent support. My plan after completing degree is either secure a job through campus placements or to pursure higher studies
