Beauty of gitam

Likes

The infrastructure is good... greenery all over the campus
Faculty is interactive...they help in doubt solving
A large number of clubs to refresh your mind

Dislikes

Timings of the college starts from 8..which I quite early
Parking area is not sufficient...and it is inconvenient to park

Masters is also provided in college . Here idf any student plan to go abroad for further studies they support them and suggest them to take necessary actions they provide the guidance...and m tech can also be done in the same college

Likes

College is likely good and the infrastructure is as much peaceful .
They also provide other facilities like sports .
And the intrested can join into the clubs .

Placement Experience:

From the ending of the 6 th semister you were allowed to enter into the placements that the student are eligible for the campus placement . there are many companies like TCS,and IBM,DELLOITE are the companies offers placements The highest package on campus gets upto 36 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 12 lakhs per annum

Likes

I like canteen and mess food in the college
I like faculty who being friendly with us
I like indoor games in our college it will be so enjoyable

Dislikes

I dislike the faculty who insults the students
I dislike the seniors who behave rude to the juniors
I dislike the people who always fight with there friends in the campus

Likes

The things i like in clg or sports which i play every day..
Another thing which i like in my clg is Culturals
One of the most thing i like my clg girls

Dislikes

The thinks dislike in my clg rules and regulations and the staff are very strict
The clg conducts seminar there is no use
Exams are counted very hard students suffer to write

The course curriculum that is followed in our clg or nmc guidlines so its pretty good to a student who is attentive from the 1st year onwards and place a minor role on e own interest make them good in their course

Likes

Things I like about my college is the nature
The programs they conduct in college like fests ,if there is any special day like science day they call any scientist to the college
The infrastructure of the college is very good

Dislikes

The faculty they provides are very poor.
The cleanliness of college premises are also not good
I don't like the culture of the college because they do ragging

They provide so many internships in college.they provided some internships like sap, TCS, Accenture, etc My plans after getting I will go to higher studies because if I have only bca degree I don't have a value

Gitam University.

Likes

In our class boys and girls strength is equal.
Some faculty has really good knowledge and teach very well.
Placement department will charge seperate fee for placements training.

Dislikes

Some faculty don't have enough knowledge and they teach from ppts.
In Lab exams first they will tell to write on paper without doing experiment.
Participating in events is costly as we need to buy passes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In campus exams will be in this way: one mid exam per semester which is for 30 marks and another exam is sem exam which is also for 30 marks. And also internals are for 70 marks. There will be two lab exams.

My College Review

Likes

Things i like in my college is the environment which is actually pretty nice and calming it's green everywhere and it has beach nearby so we can drive easily and what not we've got all the amenities here itself and it's pretty convenient
The range of food here is wholesome you can get whatever you want, everything is available here and you can even order outside or even order in the campus as well they will deliver it you right away
Another peaceful things in our uni is that we have good amount of parks and cafes and even library to relax and chill, the amount of fun we have in the parks is unbeatable, we can even have picnics in the gardens

Dislikes

It can be too strict sometimes and they don't allow all the Vehicles everywhere around the campus, they don't allow triple riding as well
The hostel security is too tight I mean hosteler can have permission to go outside freely ithout permission from the hostel authorities atleast in the clg working hours
Classes can be relived sometimes, I mean sometimes it's like school for us like frok morning to evening all say long

Placement Experience:

There are the options of placements and it's not of a higher number, it's very rare and one should get a very higher rank to get a placement in companies as legal advisors and it is with a good package.

Review about Gitam university, vishakapatnam

Likes

Things I liked in our school of law, mostly the faculty who are very friendly in nature and solved our doubts in a friendly manner
Next thing about infrastructure we got AC rooms which we feel comfortable in classroom
For our professional development there will be moot court halls and also we have moot court competitions.

Dislikes

There are no things I disliked because when compare to other colleges this one so better
There is one small thing is feeling structure
One more thing there is no age limit for joining in campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

On our curriculum there will a 6 subjects for each semester and daily we have eight classes. We have totally 10 semesters and each semester we have an internship. We have to do our internship in district court and also our university conducts moot court competitions to develop their personality and communication skills.

Likes

Faculty at Gitam school of Law, Vishakhapatnam, a very friendly student friendly and help you in a good way to shape your future ahead
The quality time that Gitam school of faculty is not only you learn about the academics, but also a lot of seminars.

Dislikes

Very strict rules are followed, students are not allowed to roam in campus

Gitam school of Law does not only show us the academic experience but is also shows the practical experiences by conducting mood competitions, debates, help us to understand how real world is and how actual lawyers behave in the real world and understand them and learn from the experiences to be a better and a great lawyer ahead

Gitam life

Likes

Infrastructure is very comfortable and technological
Many activities like mootcourt competition and sports are conducted
Professors are very well versed and friendly

Dislikes

Very less members are getting placed in recruitment process
Internship should be searched by students themselves
Hectic schedules as the college timings are from 8 am to 4 pm

Placement Experience:

Even though the avg percentage of students is 75 percentage but the placements are very less. The placements are from legal adviser of banks and corporate companies. Only few students are getting placed in recruitments. My plans after completion of my degree is to prepare for judicial competitive exams.
