Likes
- Faculty are well experienced and all of them are PHD holders.
- 10min Breaks between each class and flexible timings.
- only 65% attendances is required to appear for end sem exams, where as other colleges ask between 75-85.
Dislikes
- Zero internship guidance or effort is done by them.
- Placement is drastically going down every year.
- Not many events or activities are conducted.

Placement Experience:
Students are eligable for placemetns as soon as final year starts, but the the elegibility critiera changes from comany to company, generaly no active backlogs is the minimum but some companies ask 8 cgpa. From 2023 less than 10% students are placed in campus around 20% get jobs outside. Interms of campus placement it is very bad. After u graduate you are no longer eligible for placemnts, the just dont care about us anymore.

- I didn't like the way the timetable is prepared
Placement Experience:
From 7 semester we'll be eligible for the campus placements. There are number of many companies such as Wipro HCL Tech, Myanmar, etc, who came to a campus and offered many offers to the students, which are applied for. the Iowa's package of the quality in my year, which is 2024 is 12LPA. And The percentage of taking place of the student sees approximately 70% which is lower than before year due to the decision going on. Obviously, I am not obtained job after the degree. So that I have to go for the coaching.

- Good Infrastructure of the classes and college.
- Campus placements are awesome if you have a minimum skill requirement

- Some times the mess food is not good so that you have to complaint to the higher authorities and then it will be good from the next day.
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester the college placements will be starting. In my friendly approach 50 to 60 companies are worried when most of the students placed. Deloitte Musicma Capgemini TCS Accenture HCL Vipro or some of the companies which are available. The highest package is offered is from Micron which is 12 lakhs per annum. Approximately 70% of the student softest. And I'm also in that 70%. So my plans after degrees to join the company, which I've got offer from the company in the campus placements.

- Social interactions were enriching with a diverse student body that fostered a sense of community
Dislikes
- A few faculty members rely on heavily on traditional teaching methods which can be less engaging
- While there are many activities sometime scheduling can be overwhelming leading to clash with academic commitmentts
- Some older buildings and facilities need renovation and modernization like providing more lifts
Placement Experience:
our campus placements program starts from 7th semester of undergraduate program . the university attracts many prestigious companies sucha as tata consultancy , accenture , infosys, microsoft, amazon, jp morgan , wipro, IBM , deloitte. our campus highest package offered for us was from 12 LPA to 16 LPA and minimum package is 3 to 4 LPA.

- The girls to boys ratio is crazy. You get exposed to a lot of people who are from different places and get to know them
- Considering this to be a tier 3 college the faculty thinks that we are highly intelligent. They just don't bother you once you step outside the classroom. It's literally like they didn't even know you although they might be shoving your a** in the cl
- There is mentor assigned to each student who will take care of the student's attendence, marks, cgpa, placements, counselling and others
Dislikes
- The rich kids show a lot of attitude. You have to choose your frnd circle wisely so you can habe fun in you ug programme
- The attendence is very strict in here. Before it used to be 65% in each subject and you will be getting your hall ticketsof the sem end exams but now its 75% which is quite difficult to maintain. Unless you are choosing cse you cant be getting proxy'
- The fee and the cost of expenditure in the campus is relatively higher than what it is around the city. Also you get rich people around you who makes you feel like youre spending less but actually you are digging up your bank.
Placement Experience:
Students are allowed to sit in placements from the 4th year. Considering me to be a electronics student ill just say about the core placements. There was 1 core company that came to hire last year, this year we still didnt get a core company. The avg. Package is somewhere around 3-4LPA and the highest package offered this year was 17 lakhs. I plan to get placed in a core company but im not sure i will through this on campus placements.

- The infrastructure of the whole campus is top notch.
- The faculties have 15 plus years of teaching experience and they all have PHDs in their respective fields plus they are very friendly and approachable
- There are a lot of opportunities for exposure including fests and cultural events which will help to build your resume.
Dislikes
- The main concern for me was that i am from north india and the college being in south attracts a lot of south indian students therefore making a language barrier.
- The management is very slow. They wait till the last minute to declare important information to the students.
- As the college is very far from my home travel becomes a concern for classes and extra curricular activities after college.
Placement Experience:
The students studying in the 4th sem(2nd year) are supposed to do internships as a mandate and then they are eligible for placements.
There are many companies which come here for placements like Adobe, aditya birla, tata, mahindra , amazon etc
The avg package is 600000 and the highest package is 1.2 cr according to my knowledge.

- It is a very big campus you can explore the campus . It has a sea view also . There is a beach in front of the college
- The campus has many food canteens , which provide a very good variety of food to you .
- The campus has indoor and outdoor stadiums and a football turf is also there
Dislikes
- Sometimes the vending machine in the hostels are empty.
- There should be good stalls that provide food overnight
- Students should be allowed to move in the campus till 10 pm.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course also has labs which help you learn the practical application of the things that being taught to you. To my pov everything arround here is good the teaching system also. If a faculty is absent or on leave there will be a substitute faculty for it and they will continue with the class work.

- Very good Facilites with upgraded high tech labs and classrooms.
- Vibrant , quality time spent on campus and active club interactions.
- Great social gathering and engagament through clubs and sessions/workshops.
Dislikes
- Few labs can be better, equipments should be upgraded accessibility of them should be increased.
- Faculty knowledge knowledge is good but more interaction oriented teaching should be motivated.
- Curriculum could be more industry-oriented.

From 7th semester we are eligible for the placement drive.
Few companies which always visits are - Accenture , Cognizant , TCS and capgemini and many other companies too.
The highest package is around 20-30LPA and average package is around 4LPA in accenture , cognizant and tcs.
Profiles offered are software developer , analyst etc
60% of students get placed in one year of span.
My plans are placement or higher studies after the completion of my btech.

- Very good teachers and very knowledgeable teachers and lab teachers are very knowledgeable and help full
- House keeping and security was very responsive and respectful
- I like weekends holidays Saturday Sunday gives holidays haha very nice
Dislikes
- Collage start at 8 am that’s why dislike 👎
- Repeating very month a fest activity’s And lot of fun
- I don’t like parking that parking place was very small but ly of bikes
Placement Experience:
Final results like final year like b teck 4-1 sem are always eligible for campus awards and placements
Tcs and infoses those are the complete come
With out backlog u can go the placement and the next time

- I really love the infrastructure of the college which is amazing for all the students
- Also love the faculty over there, the people over there are friendly and very approachable
- Gitam is very near to beach which is a go to place for all the students
Dislikes
- I personally disliked is there are a lot of clubs in gitam
- The grading system , the grading system is relative so i didn’t like the grading system
- a veryy big campus need to walk a lot from moving one building to another one

Course Curriculum Overview:
My course provides a good placements that is the only reason i have opted that course .the curriculum over there really helps in real world applications or further academic pursuits. The areas of improvements would be the labs. The frequency of exams are really good and also the timing it is very feasible to students
