MIT-WPU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I am in 2nd semester of the course. As of now, placements have not been offered to me. Awaiting for the placement cell to connect. Which I think would start once I m in my final semester. This job assistance is a good platform for us to bring a change in career

The placement season starts up in the month of November. The students in their third semester are eligible for the placement rounds . Percentage of the people getting placed is pretty decent and the avg placement goes around six lakh PLA

From 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Collegedunia Web Pvt Lts, HDFC BANK, Citi Campus, TCS, Tata Power, tata motors, Motilal Oswal, etc. comes for placements.

I chose this course because I have a business mindset and I want to earn as much as I can so I can provide for my family. There is a really good amount of faculties and it's not only quantity but also quality. They have good qualifications, and most of them are Ph.D.. It is an honor to learn with the best teachers and some of them have also written books on marketing and management. The teaching method is very good. It is not very difficult to pass the term-end exams because we are given every kind of training before the exams.

College does provide internship and placement opportunities, you are eligible to sit for the placement from the 5th trimester. Around 80 % got placed, I got my placement in byjus which helped me a lot in the initial phase.

MIT has a good percentage of Placements Capgemini and all IT companies come for internships and placements The college has tie-ups with MNCs and many big Companies. MIT even takes us to the US for Study observation.

Students become eligible for campus placements in their third semester. companies that have visited in the past include Microsoft, amazon and many more the highest package offered was 30 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA.

The placement for this particularly college is quite good. Around 92% students are placed every year including all specializations and around 97% students are placed every year from MBA marketing. The admission will be open again around July(Tentative). You can apply from the official website of MIT. You will then receive a call to confirm the date for your group discussion and personal interview round. The only thing to complain about is the faculty support at times. But once you get through it, it is worth it. You can refer to the brochure as well for different courses and statistics for the placement on the official website.

As i belongs to pune i wanted to pursue my pg from pune itself thats why i opted mit pune. Due the score i got it was really tough to find another college & MIT was not a bad choice at all. It has good reputation in pune and as well as in other parts of india, there are many students who come from other cities in MIT to pursue their education.

The most important thing i would say is that my college management makes sure a student is fully polished before entering the corporate world. Its guarantee the years spend here makes you a different personality from when you step out of the college life.
