The faculty should ratio a very good and the teachers teaches very well and they have a great responsibility and demanding power of the student they teachers very well and they understand us like their own son
If you have a good % in your 12th you will get a good scholarship for your fees.
Campus life is fun with i guess the best cafe in all of doon one of the best rooftop cafe and other amenities also good .

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not so good in my opinion but it depends on person to person.i don't like hostel because of many restrictions but there's always a way to do things.
The staff doesn't have a good communication amang themselves which leads to poor effectiveness ratio between faculty-to-student which impact the experience of student whether it's related to college or the leaarning experience.
There were internship opportunities, so many, but the only problem was that we were being asked to pay for every internship and i personally wasn't ready at all to pay for the internships and henceforth i did not choose any.

A detailed description of DIT UNIVERSITY

Likes

Food available in the mess and canteen area is very good and affordable
Parking area is very good and especially for teachers
Too much clean campus along fir good area to walk and sit

Dislikes

No night life in the area with I quite not good
Limited cafeteria food available to eat sometime not good in taste
Mess food is normal or below normal not too good

Course Curriculum Overview:

As mentioned in college a very good placement is available along with proper guidance and mentorship Teachers always stand along with the students to come upon and support for moving ahead in aspects of career growth

Detailed description of DIT University

Likes

I liked the location of my college. Its perfect and beautiful.
This year the placement department has put alot of effort. So despite the down market the placement is fine.

Dislikes

There is less cafes and sitting places in DIT.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements. Alot of companies like cognizant, accenture, palo alto, juspay, to the new, infosys, etc. Visited our college and all of them withh good packages. The highest package offered till date is 43lpa and average is 6lpa. The students getting placed are the one with a cgpa of more than 7.5. My plan is to take a placement from the college and do a job in the corporate.

The location is the best thing about dit university.
The faculty here are quite friendly and supportive.
Campus infrastructure and facilities are also really good .

Dislikes

Hostel food is the worst you could ever have ate
According to me the syllabus feels a bit lacking
There are just so many students like a herd of sheep

Dehradun institute of technology has a very decent records of placements while is varies from year to year based on many different factors the university collaborated with various it, engineering and management companies.it also provides placement assistance cells for students

1st Year Journey

Likes

First of all , this is a university so you don't need to study much more to pass just Focus on last year question paper and you will pass
Every teacher is helpful if you have any doubt then you can go for their personal cabin
In case of emergency if you missed you end term exam you can still talk with mentors and HOD and class teacher they will understand

Dislikes

Attendance is compulsory i.e 80% which I will consider very bad
Debar system is happening here means if your attendance is less than certain criteria then you cannot appear in exam
Proper dress is compulsory during exam time and if you missed your college I'd then you need to go to register office for temporary I'd otherwise you cannot give the examination

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students is able to sit on college placement and the placement of this college is very good if you are interested and you have enough skill you can grab your placement opportunities and The highest package of this University is 59LPA but I have only seen the package of 15.5 LPA from one of my senior this year My plan after getting the degree is sit on college placement and grab it anyhow

things which i liked about my college is that awesome environment best faculty amazing fest like youthopia and sprithua and the clubs in the university and many more
ragging free campus better college cafes and shops in the campus
fully focused in there academics and no unwanted classes holiday daily new lectures ..

Dislikes

most of the building dosent have a lift and the washrooms need to be renovated
not having good food at hostel and so much clases happen in one day with only one hour of break
too much classes test and assignments for the students

Placement Experience:

no of campanies offred in colleges are more than 150 and some of them isamazon tcs infoys highest pacakage offred to the student of btech cse is 67 lakh per annum more than 90% Students placed every year

The college has good faculty and is located at a fabulous destination

Dislikes

The things I dislike are that the college does not provide good sports facilities
The campus is too small like the overall college area is too small to roam around

The college provides placement to the students. It has several companies in contact. Whereas the placement cell of DIT University helps the students in every possible way to be eligible for the placement. The college provides an average placement of around 4.5 lakhs.

A little to know

Likes

Campus Life is happening. They have some clubs and chapter which helps you to grow socially.
Some of the teachers and seniors are very nice. They help you in each and every thing.
The facilities and classes are very good.

Dislikes

We don't get the information of so many things that are happening in the college

Placement Experience:

From the starting of the fourth year i.e., 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for the placements. Our college do provide the placements. The companies which come to our colleges are like Oracle, justpay and many more. The average package is about 5-7 lakhs. And the highest package differs every year. My plan after completing this course will be getting a job.

The campus is in a very beautiful place between mountains . And also the campus looks beautiful at evening time or at early morning.

Dislikes

Managment is bit strict and their little no. of fest and events that happens in the college and sometimes it feels like we are in a school not in a college.

Placement Experience:

The placments in my colleges are good almost 80% of the students get placed in good reputed mncs and even if they dont get placments from the college there are good chances to get jib in other companies .

The faculty is good and helps anytime u need help.
The weather the atmosphere and the place .
The campus is full of greenery and there is no chaos.

Dislikes

The campus size is small that is the thing i dont liked.
The labs are not well maintained like physics lab.
The events and clubs are not so good to be a part of it.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards the students are eligible for placements. Adobe Hcl Tcs Infosyis and many more companies visit the campus. Highest package 38lpa and avg package 5-6 lpa. 90 % students get placed.

Beautiful place and nice view of mountain.
Faculty are good and helpful,laps are well maintained.
Provides good opportunity to study and libraries are pretty good.

Dislikes

Bus facilities are very poor. Universities has total of 9 buses only.
Does not provide much sports facilities.

Most probably last semester of your particular course students become eligible for campus placement. Amazon,oracle,Infosys,TCS,palanto and many more Highest package is around 58lp by palento and average package 6.2lp

My friend is a final-year student at DIT University. Since the university is a private one, everything is simply in your hands.

The following points are based on her experience at the campus:

Campus: The university has a good environment. You can enjoy the sterile hilly scenic beauty from the windows of the class. All this might even distract you from the lectures going on while studying.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and would definitely help you out in any way possible. As per my friend, there are only a smaller number of ‘not par’ teachers, but they were average. Most of the faculty members are well qualified with good experience in their respective fields.
Extra-curricular activities: Right from the freshers’ party till the farewell, you will get countless opportunities to perform in front of the audience and showcase your talent. You can join college clubs, be a part of them and bring out new ideas. The clubs aren’t very active and you’ll be free most of the time you stay here.
Placements: The placements were good this year. My friend got placed in two companies: Infosys and Wipro. For the CS branch, the placements are very good. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizance, TCS, Adobe, Amazon, etc. are just a few companies in which the DIT students have got placed.
