DIT University also offers M.Tech, M.Pharm. and M.Sc courses in various disciplines along with the PG diploma course in Health Safety & Environment.
- BE/B.Tech/M.Sc or MCA degree holders can apply for M.Tech while B.Pharm can apply for M.Pharm.
- The University also offers MBA and MCA (LE) for the duration of two and three years respectively. Graduation in the related discipline is mandatory for admission.
- GATE/ NET OR GPAT score holders can apply for M.Tech and M.Pharm courses respectively while merit is the only criteria for admission to M.Sc course.

Selection Process
M.Tech.Admission will be based on a valid score in GATE or NET. The candidates who qualify GATE/ NET can apply for direct admissions to M.Tech programs. All the eligible and qualified will be called for the counseling at the university campus as per the schedule updated on the university’s official website.
MBA
Admission will granted on the basis of CAT/MAT/XAT or CMAT score followed by GD and PI.
M.Sc.
Admission will be based on the basis of Merit in the qualifying examination.
MCA (Lateral Entry)
Selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the last qualifying examination.
M.Pharm.
Admission will be granted on the grounds of GPAT score followed by counseling.

Applicable to: UG & PG Programmes Scholarship of 5% on Tuition fee of first year for the students graduating/graduated with minimum 6 CGPA from DIT University and opting for a higher programme in DIT University with/without year gap on submission of following documents:
