BIT Mesra Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Eligibility: In order to get admission, candidates must fulfill the below eligibility criteria:

  • Students must have secured a minimum of 60% of marks with English & PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) in class 10+2
  • For the NRI/PIO/SFFS students, candidates are eligible based on marks obtained by the candidates in class 12/ qualifying examinations.

Selection: After securing a valid score in the JEE Mains, candidates must register themselves for the JoSAA counselling. JoSAA counselling 2024 will be conducted in 6 different rounds and qualified candidates of JEE Mains will be able to participate in the JoSAA.   • Select JEE Mains Apply Online’s “New Candidate Registration” option
  • Fill out the registration form with the necessary details, then choose a password. Select “Submit” from the menu
  • Get your password and JEE Main registration number on your registered email address and mobile phone.
  • Enter your login credentials and complete the application form by entering all necessary data. Scan and attach the requested files, including photos.
  • Proceed to use Net Banking, a credit card, a debit card, or a UPI to pay your JEE Main costs for 2024.
  • Your application will be sent right away as soon as the JEE Mains 2024 registration payments are successfully received.
  • Your email address will get the completed form’s confirmation page or PDF and keep it for future reference.
