(ii) NRI / PIO / SFFS - Based on marks obtained by the candidates in Class 12 / equivalent qualifying examination

BIT, Mesra offers BHMCT and B.Pharm courses at its Mesra campus. It also offers Integrated M.Sc. in four disciplines. The basic eligibility for all the courses is passing the 10+2/HSC/Equivalent examination in Science stream with English as a subject.
Selection to B.Pharm is done on the basis of JEE Main or NEET UG scores. Selection to BHMCT is done on the basis of marks obtained in the JEE Main exam (60% weightage) and interview (40% weightage).
Admission to Integrated M.Sc. is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Likes
- Campus size is huge and filled with greenary so that's a good point and it becomes more beautiful in rainy season.
- Large sports complex which includes places for variety of sports like badminton court, football ground, cricket oval, gymnasium hall, gym etc
Dislikes
- It is very disconnected from main city so if you want to for mobiles, parks , waterfall, waterpark etc, a major part of your time will go in traveling which is also not very affordable.
- Hostel facilities are worst, we have to share our single room with two student.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Since it's a private college so the fees is little higher but still it's less than btech. The structure is 84,500 for 1st and 2nd sem and then it's increases per year. There are scholarship which is based on sgpa and other scholarship for st/sc students. Tuition fees is fixed and mentioned during admission. There is no such hikes as per my knowledge. The complete cost of my education with tuition, service fees, and other. compulsory charges would be around 15 lakhs. The amount of scholarship is about 25% of your tuition fees. This is new course so there is no any placement records but we are hopeful as many companies do visit our campus for recruitment.

- I liked Sports facility very much all the best equipments are provided.
- College fests are very good I enjoyed them a lot.
Dislikes
- Administration is very strict I mean like ontime for girls is 9 pm and you cant go in each other hostels
- Mess staff behaviour is very bad they talk rudely

If you compared with other courses at bit mesra the course is about 6-8 lacs cheaper . Total expenses you would be wearing is about 13 lacs including hostel and mess fee Only scholarship college provide is GP birla scholarship which is based on GPA and jee main rank Stipends are only awarded to PhD students I have taken some oof responsibility as member in some clubs .

- The canteens at bit mesra do not dissapoint me.
- The girl to boy ratio is 4: 1 which is quite satisfactory.
Dislikes
- Infra of college is quite old and needs renovation.
- The library of the college is not available for 24 hrs but for fixed time limit.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Overall Course fees right now are 850000 ( 5 yrs), which keeps on increasing every year by 10 % and the hostel and mess fees for 5 yrs turn out to be approx 5 lakhs, with a 10 % hike every year. At the end of 2nd year students are given internship opportunities. Scholarships ( Gp birla scholarships) is given on your cgpa.

- My Department(QEDS): There's no issue for attendance.
- Faculties are very friendly, even the HOD is a very chilled person.
Dislikes
- Hostel facilities: They are not providing any single room facility.
- Fests could have been more better but its okay.
Fees and Financial Aid:
• For the first year it's 77,000(per sem) and 84,500(per sem) for the second year and keeps on increasing at this rate. • For the complete course it costs 9,65,000(excluding mess fee, includes hostel fee). Mess fee comes around 23,000 per sem. You can get the complete detail on BIT's website. • There's only one scholarship given by BIT which GP Birla only to some of the top scorers and for that you have to score more than 9.3 GPA. • The department provides some internship and research opportunities but I am busy in my own research fields.

- My own branch: Quantitative Economics and Data Science.
- The campus area is very picturesque. Heaven for nature lovers.
Dislikes
- The hostel facility is below par and need reconnaissance.
- The library does not have quality books other than academic books.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The course is an Integrated Master of Science, with an exit option after 3rd year, providing you with a BSc. Degree. The total fee structure is approximately 12 lakhs. The college definitely provides GP Birla Scholarship for highly meritorious students. The college provides with good campus employment opportunities.

- Too many unused area. Cycle to be necessary
- Restrction timing for girls. After 9 pm no grils allowed.

Tution fee is reasonable. Very high but good. Because infrastructure is pretty good here. No sort of problem is faced here in terms of facilities. All tution fees is justified. There is merit based scholarship.

The fee for the course is around 65000 rs per semester for tuition fees. The hostel fee per semester is around 35000 rs. The total comes around to 2 lakhs per semester. There are merit-based scholarships that can be availed.

- I like the campus area which is 700 acres it's pretty much large campus and beautiful
- The startup culture in the college college provide many funds for the growing startup ideas
Dislikes
- The disliked part is the fees which is very much high for the middle class students
- The most of the club is inactive and don't do there work

1) to be more specific fees is increasing rapidly because the institution hires more specific and talented teacher so they have to spent well and the campus size is very big maintaince of the college is much high 2)1 lakh approx including everything 3)gp birla scholarship is available on the merit based examination 4)I am in aerospace club and my work is in technical aspects and this club is very active so we can take interest in other field also

1) may be the reason is they are recruting the good teacher in the college so they have to pay high for the teacher so they have to increase the fees also 3)there are gp birla scholarships on merit based who score good marks in the exams and get the relief in fees 4)i have created a startup name edvisorr which is funded through the bit mesra and our team have got 1.2 lakh rupees to scale it

- Room sharing problem in hostels, if you are a fresher, ready to get paired up with a buddy.
- Proximity of hostel from the college, which is around 2km

The fee structure for each Year varies Total fees for First Year are ~ 180000 Total fees for the entire 5 years ~ 120000 (including hostel and mess) The hike policy is there, somewhat 5% or like that. Here, scholarships are also provided for meritorious students and students who are financially weaker. Name of scholarship: GP Birla Scholarship.
