SKIMS B.Sc Radiation Technology Admission 2026
Admission to the B.Sc. (Radiation Technology) programme at SKIMS is conducted through JKBOPEE via a Common Entrance Test (CET) for B.Sc. Technology Courses. The 2026 admission cycle is expected to open in March-April 2026. Candidates must apply online at www.jkbopee.gov.in. Selection is based on CET merit, subject to domicile and reservation norms of UT of J&K/Ladakh.

Note: For 2025, the CET was held on April 27, 2025, with applications open from March 19 to April 2, 2025. The 2026 dates are expected to follow a similar pattern.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be a domicile of UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh (ST certificate from Ladakh competent authority treated as domicile).
- Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) and English from a recognised Board/University, securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for Open Merit candidates and 40% for reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/ALC/IB/RBA).
- Age: Must be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2026, and not more than 35 years.
- Must be medically fit.
- Candidates appearing in 12th 2026 may also apply provisionally.
Admission Process
- Register and fill the online application form at www.jkbopee.gov.in within the stipulated dates.
- Pay the application fee of INR 1,000 online.
- Upload required documents: Domicile certificate, 12th marks certificate, Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation), Category certificate (if applicable).
- Appear in the JKBOPEE Common Entrance Test (offline, 3-hour paper with 180 MCQs covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology - 60 questions each; 0.25 negative marking).
- Merit list is prepared based on CET score (or 12th percentage if CET is not conducted).
- Attend online counselling and fill preference form on JKBOPEE portal.
- Complete document verification for seat allotment.
- Report to SKIMS for admission formalities and fee payment.
