  • The University of East London has multiple campuses, including the main campus. There is a sports club, libraries, and multiple clubs like sororities, including an Indian Club that celebrates all the Indian festivals and events.
  • They also have Bollywood nights and a welcome freshers week. It is a good place for whenever you are homesick.

  • The University of East London has a 91% employability rate (could vary). It took me a while to land a job I wanted and sometimes I think I still don't have my dream job, but everyone has a different journey. Salary range also differs on different factors, like have you applied for a PSW? Where are you working and what is your field of expertise?

  • UEL has two campuses. UEL's first campus is Dockland University Way, near Royal Albert Dock. The second campus is in Stratford, close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
  • On my campus, UEL Dockland, we have a library, yoga classes, a sportsdock with a football club, a table tennis club and many more, a religious practice place, and medical services too.
  • Campus major festivals are Christmas, Halloween, the New Year party, Holi and Diwali.
  • In UEL, mostly people are crazy about football clubs, as we have football tournaments at international level, where there is opportunity for male and female both. We have career events and a student hub, which is really helpful for all the international students with queries regarding their careers and their courses too.

  • I found my accommodations with the help of my connection, who already lives there.
  • My monthly rent is 450 pounds, including all the bills. Facilities are given, like free wifi and kitchen sharing.
  • I face the problem while securing accommodation I was trying to take accommodations nearby college, but it was costly also, so further I tried to look far, far from college then I got the accommodations where no smoking and no meat eating allowed, which I was also looking for
  • Join the university group; there you will get a lot of options for accommodations; it will really be helpful for new students. Try to get in the WhatsApp group of your course and university and ask for any help there you need.
  • My accommodations are quite far; it's taken me almost an hour and a half, but here in Hounslow most of the Indian lives so here we can get Indian foods and snacks.

  • Our college has 3 campuses:
    • Docklands (Main) - University Way, Newham
    • Stratford
    • USS
  • I stay and attend classes at the Docklands campus. The other two campuses are a bit far, but the university has a free bus throughout the day during lecture periods so that students can travel from one campus to another without any problem.
  • The university has an excellent library, which is open 24/7 for the students with high-specification computers and a wide range of books as well.
  • The university has a free gym for students during off-peak hours. Various sports activities are done here. Cricket, basketball, volleyball, and badminton—all kinds of sports are encouraged!

  • I have an on-campus accomodation. I was offered the accomodation when I had applied through the university portal online.
  • Currently my monthly rent is £750, which i think is really good because it is a private room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen, so you can actually have your privacy without anyone disturbing you.
  • My accomodation is like 2 mins walk from the classroom. Btw the rent includes all the bills as well, water bill, electricity bill, heater, water heater, gas bill and 24/7 support in any emergencies

  • There are two Campuses- One is Docklands campus and another is Stratford Campus. I belong to Docklands campus, which is a beautiful campus which is situated at the banks of river Thames.Riverside is the best and my favorite spot .
  • The library is also one of the best spots for reading. I normally go to the sport block for gym and entertainment.
  • All the Indian festivals are celebrated and many events are organised.
  • There is also a student Union which helps in every aspect.

  • I opted for the University accommodation which was very pleasant and very unique.
  • I book my accommodation from my university website itself. The monthly expenses for my hostel was 812 GBP. In the hostel they gave a kitchen, Living area, and a shared room for two people.
  • I thought of taking accommodation outside but did not want to take risk and chose University hostel. Accommodation in the same university campus. I would suggest future students not to take risks and choose university Hostels.

I don't live in university accommodation, bcoz uni accommodation is too expensive, (ig: 800-900 p/m). That's why I live with my friends in the house, and I pay 400 pounds per month.

The structure is nice. There are regular events in the college, has its own underground bar where parties take place. The interest structure is amazing. A lot of communal space. The only issue is that students from some specific courses don’t have many classes and hence they don’t have to come to university on a regular basis.

UEL provides on-campus accommodation, which is around £800 per month. It’s a single ensuite room with a shared kitchen.

Rental is too hard abroad. Even if you pay more amount you will get small accommodation with fewer amenities. If we live in sharing it will cost approx 400 pounds for rent, 150 pounds for travelling and 150 pounds for food per month.

Private Accommodation is reasonable and has to be paid depending on the house because most of the houses have monthly rent whereas some of them have weekly as well.

Now a days accomodation is main problem in UK. Campus accomodation is costly can't be afforded by everyone so you have to stay off campus it's not is to find cheaper, very difficult. And not all landlords are good.
