Dislikes
- However, higher London living costs, mixed administrative responsiveness, and occasional inconsistency in student events or communication are downsides.
- At the University of East London, I found accommodation through online university housing portals and student groups, then secured a room after applying early. On-campus halls cost roughly £165–£230 per week (bills & Wi-Fi included), which is about £700–£1,000/month depending on room type. Off-campus shared housing in East London typically costs £800 -1000/month with basic utilities included.
