At the University of East London, I appreciate the strong teaching quality, career-focused courses, supportive faculty, diverse community, and good networking opportunities that help real-world readiness. UEL is growing in rankings and employability outcomes, and has good support services. However, higher London living costs, mixed administrative responsiveness, and occasional inconsistency in student events or communication are downsides. I chose the University of East London primarily because I received a scholarship, which made studying in London financially feasible. I applied to only 3 colleges and was given offer by all 3: City University London: Got an offer letter from the university within a week or two. Middlesex University: Got an offer letter from the university at the end after confirming my university. University Of East London: 1st offer letter and confirmed it without any further delay. I was confused between University of East London and City university London. I chose this college because of the course, My course was not available in many colleges and where it was available was not well structured. I chose Uni of East London because of its course and The Industrial Placement Year. The admission process was really good. They state everything very well in the offer letter, even the deposit structure and the deadlines. First we get the offer letter(conditional /unconditional) Then once you pay the CAS issuance fees, in a few days you get your CAS. You are interviewed to prove your fluency in your English proficiency. Once we clear it, we are good to go! I had applied for a waiver so my IELTS score wasnt mandatory, but just in case I did gave the test. Overall admission was quite impressive and smooth! I applied for the September 2024 intake.  I started my admission process pretty late around the end of July but the university was bery supportive and I recieved my offer letter and CAS within a month. I applied to two universities; The first is the University of East London Second is Nottingham University I got shortlisted in UEL first and in Nottingham my application was on the waitlist. So I chose to move further with the UEL because of its course structure, which inclined towards my interest, and also because they offered some scholarships too for the admissions and took the admissions in it. I received confirmation admission mail from the University of East London. No, there were no colleges where I got rejection because I applied to only two colleges. From the University of East London, I got shortlisted for the admissions; that is, after applying to the college and within 3-4 days I got shortlisted for the admission. I chose the college because the course in which I'm looking to do my master's, which is in cloud computing, this college is providing, and I checked the syllabus; all of those are getting excel with my interest and it is giving a reasonable fee structure. In the admissions process, they have considered my class 10, 12 mark sheet, graduation degree and marksheet, NSS certificate, resume, passport, and birth certificate. IELTS minimum 6. My overall admission experience went well, and if we have any queries regarding the application, we can email the university; they help us through their dedicated email. I applied for the September intake and from the very start, after completing my graduation, I have had the desire to complete my Master's degree from the UK, and my friends were also influenced to take admission abroad because they were already pursuing their Master's degree abroad. And the best part about getting your degree from abroad or specifically from the UK, is getting your Masters degree within a year. University of Manchester wait-listed my application and university of Greenwich has accepted the application. Even university of East London accepted my application but I chose university of east london ,compared the fees particulars, scholarship provided by them and rate of employability given by the universities. I applied for university of East London where I had another offer from university of Greenwich. Accepted the offer letter from University of East London, I did research for universities and selected UEL. As my profile was good and got admitted in the university.My IELTS core was 7.0 overall and GRE 290 which were minimum which were enough for admission. I also considered many factors like accommodation , transport, living expenses from the place of universities located . I really loved the overall experience which was remarkable. It was very after the Corona period I Have taken the steps to apply for universities and got admission in 2021 January but due to some delay in Education loan sanction and I joined university in 2021 May intake. I actually wanted to join in January 2021 but was not successful. The Overall admission process took me 6 months including the loan period which took more time for approval.
