- Diversification of the cohort- Majority of the cohort were either Chinese students or Indian/Pakistani. Majorly comprised of South East Asians.
- Career team is not of much help, could be improved. The answers given by them are more generic than specific to the requirement.
- Alumni networking is not being much promoted by the college; improvement in this could help in students landing good jobs in the UK as they may guide them well through the applications.
- I was staying at the university's accommodation, I found it through the university's website itself.
- I did not face my difficulty in terms of securing the accommodation as I had started my application well in time.
- I was paying GBP 117 per week and my accommodation was for 50 weeks.
- My accommodation was 5 mins away from my classroom and was inside the campus.
Very tight knit medical school and good community feel. Early clinical exposure to ward placements.
Because of its high rank as a university and for my degree. I entered through clearing so it was one of my only options. I didn't know anyone from this university and I wasn't too fond of the location at the time either, however, since being here I am very happy.
Factors for choosing admission include- Ability for an integrated masters Good work environment Away from the hustle of the city Very welcome atmosphere Rigorous academic training A lot of hands on experience
It was a good and reputed university and in my budget also other better university I applied I could not get in
I accepted it majorly due to the scholarship. It played s huge role in my decision making
The university had a good course in computer science. It's also got a good/decent reputation as a university although that doesn't matter too much for me. The equipment/facilities at the university are also great and the open day really made me interested in going (for comparison a different open day for my previous first choice university was horrible)
The university I chose was one of the best in the country for the course I wanted to do. And was a complete change of scenery to what I grew up with going from a city to a countryside on site uni. Is also a top 10 uni which looks good on cvs
Prospects post University, as well as offer of being a campus University with a tight knit community that's easy to fit into.
