• Placements are very low; maybe 5% got full-time employment within 6 months of completing the degree. Average salary is £20k per year. There is campus recruitment, internships, networking and online job portals that come to the rescue.
• My personal experience says starting early helps, 6 months before your course ends. Take it as a full-time job. You need tailored CVs for every job you apply for. For some 1000s of job applications you send, one gets you an interview. Of 10 interviews you get, one will accept you. All major companies like the BBC, Sky News, and wales Online hire. The struggle is immense but again, it's not impossible to get a job.

• I saw online platforms for student accommodations on FB and websites. Monthly rent for Lumis (my accommodation) was £450. The rooms are really small. Kitchen is communal, so you have to take turns to clean it and throw the trash out. No challenges really. Bathroom was tiny but attached to your room. Electricity was included in rent, which, trust me, is a massive plus. Heating included. There was a laundry room and gym. You had to pay for use. There was also a reading room with a printer attached. You had to pay for printer use. Most of the room and kitchen are furnished. You will need to buy your own bedding though and some utensils. It's good to buy your cooker from India. Other utensils you can get from the pound store in the UK or from an outgoing student. He'd sell it for ultra cheap.
• In terms of accos, I recommend Lumis and Zenit in Cardiff. Both are good accos. Both accos are at a 12-minute distance from campus, which is not a lot by UK standards.

• I may find work in publishing but that is too overly competitive. Otherwise, I may work as a teacher for personal satisfaction. I do enjoy being around other people and tutoring them. I can do a PhD but I'm not too sure about that as of yet. Else, being a writer is everyone's dream job after completion of education in the field of literature, but it's better to gain some following before that.

• Find your accommodation through known platforms that you get on Google like Amber, Unite Students, etc. If you have any relatives living at the same place, you can easily live with them. If you are going with the application through an agent, you can ask them to find you an accommodation as well since they did this job for long.

• 20% students get the placements at least right away.
• £25k - £35k/yr (graduate roles) could be the min Salary.
• Cna apply via Graduate schemes, placement year roles, Linkedin.

• Through uni admission groups (WhatsApp). I was at a private student accommodation, that's why.
• My rent was £140/week including bills (2022-23)

• I have not idea myself but as per my information it is 32000.
• There are no campus recruitments in abroad. There are career fairs that allow you to meet different companies apply their and get an interview.

• So, as everyone know there is no placement in UK you are on your own after you graduate. the job market is really tight as you compete with the whole world of students in UK.
• Salary range you can expect is 25000 - 32000 GBP
• For finding job everyone uses linkedin, indeed over there.

• With the current situation of the economy, getting a job is harder, but if you have relevant previous experience in your field, it might be easier for you to get a job. The average salary ranges from £24,000 to £24,000-£30,000. The students who typically find jobs are the ones who keep up their grades. Have good communication skills and have some previous experience.

• Off campus. Student accommodations are really good. You can find them through online platforms or agents. If you’re choosing to stay in Cardiff, eclipse is a good option where I stay. They have a lot of facilities. The bedrooms are on suite and the kitchen has a lot of space. They also have a movie room, study rooms, a gym, and party rooms in their facilities, which adds on to your student experience. It is also located in the city center, which gives you a lot of connectivity.

I do not have much to share about the placement process as I had opted out of placement year due to some factors that were not favourable to me.

The location of the university is the primary factor that is attracting most of the students including myself. The modern facilities that the university provides like the libraries, laboratories and so on make it convenient to deal with day-to-day courses. There is a strong social community that keeps you connected with people of similar interests and helps you maintain a work-life balance.

Post-study placement opportunities are limited, with fewer companies visiting for recruitment. Research options are more prominent. The placement process is competitive, and the median salary varies based on roles and industry.

Top 10 Ranking in the UK and especially it's a Russel Group University. I chose Cardiff University for its strong academic reputation, diverse course offerings, and high global rankings. Its prime location in a vibrant city, along with excellent career opportunities and a supportive campus environment, made it an ideal choice. My overall experience has been enriching, both academically and socially.

For my course, there was not even a single company who visited the campus, all the companies who visited were related to the tech and medical.

I chose it in Feb or March of 2023 because it offers me a good course and second it’s a Russel group university. My experience was good at the uni and the professors were really good.

Around 20-30 lakh, company visited were few it may be due to British economy being in a recession.

I chose this university as it is one of the top university in the UK. I had offers from 5-6 universities but Cardiff University Business School seemed the best option as it is one the best business schools in the UK.
