Cardiff University offers more than 200 postgraduate taught courses, diplomas, and certificates to its students. All applicants must have a minimum 3 or 4-year bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution to apply to the university. Offers are made on a rolling basis and based on the availability of seats.

Cardiff University MBA Admissions

MBA in Cardiff University is offered by Cardiff Business School. Students can take up a normal MBA or an MBA with artificial intelligence. Admissions are done on a rolling basis and based on the availability of seats. All applicants require a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (83-86%).

Application Deadline

The university accepts MBA applications based on the availability of seats. Students need to apply at the earliest to be selected on a first-come-first-serve basis. MBA applications will be reviewed and assessed by the academic tutors and admissions committee after which shortlisted candidates will be interviewed either via Skype or in person.

Cardiff University offers more than 300 undergraduate degree programs for its students to choose from. All applicants must have a minimum score of 78% in their Class XII/ Higher Secondary exams and must provide proof of English Language proficiency as well.

Cardiff University Interview Process

Certain courses at Cardiff University may require an interview or tests for the applicants to attend. The details of Cardiff University interviews are as follows:

• MBA students are required to attend an interview to show their level of work experience, aptitude, and motivation.
• Interview dates are tentative and will be informed by the university via mail to selected applicants.

Cardiff University Admissions Decision

Depending upon the quality of the application and various other factors, UCAS will send either one of the following offers:

• Unconditional offer: An applicant will be sent an unconditional offer if all documents are verified and approved and the candidate has met all the requirements. Such students are then provisionally selected for the course
• Conditional offer: An applicant will be sent a conditional offer if he/she has to meet certain conditions or requirements such as missing documents, English language requirements, etc., as specified in the offer letter. If the applicant meets these conditions, he/she will be selected for the course.

Students applying to the graduate programs at Cardiff University receive the admission decisions within 4-6 weeks after application.

Cardiff University Selection Criteria

Cardiff University replies to an application within 4-6 weeks of the submitted date. All applications are assessed based on the quality of applications and predetermined criteria set by the admissions department. Applicants who have met all the entry requirements are shortlisted and will be offered an unconditional or conditional offer letter. PhD applications are assessed by their potential supervisors. Once the supervisors are positive about the applications, a supervisory panel is formed, and offers are issued.
