  • I had no challenges; the process was easy
  • I stayed in Altura by Novel student, and it was a very good decision. The accommodation is very centrally located
  • My accommodation was 45 minutes' walk away from campus – it was one stop by train.
  • Most Indian students stay in Selly Oak

  • I found my accommodation on the university website.
  • My monthly rent was around 450 gbp but this year it was raised to 580 gbp and wifi, electricity, water and heating were all included in it. The location is beautiful and is well connected.
  • Since it was a university accomodation i had no issues looking for the same, and there were people to help me get to my room when i arrived with all the welcome kit and gifts.
  • Look for cheaper accommodation in Selly Oak; it is nearest to the university and all supermarkets are nearby.
  • My accommodation is 1.3 miles from my college.

  • I found out about my accommodation through the University Living website. They had all the relevant options which helped me in choosing the accommodation.
  • The monthly rent is 700 GBP for an ensuite room. It includes an attached washroom and a shared kitchen.
  • I had trouble making the payment for the first installment due to some issue in the payment gateway. I would recommend students to look for accommodations closer to their university. That will save both time and money.
  • My accommodation is 30 mins away from the university by bus. Majority of the Indian students stay near the university.

  • The university provided us with the list of accommodations to live at and was very useful. The monthly rent is 400 GBP and it includes a 5-person shared flat with a shared washroom and shared kitchen.
  • No challenges were there to find the accommodation, as it was a simple process. My accommodation is within the campus but still it takes 25 mins to walk to the classrooms, as the campus is huge.
