Course Curriculum Overview

It's good, they have a fixed course curriculum which they follow strictly. Exams are conducted by VTU ( Visvesvaraya Technological University). There are internals for 40 marks and externals for 100 marks which is eventually converted to 60 marks

Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

Yes, they provide internships but I don't know exactly as I've not been in one. The placements and job opportunities are very good and most of them get placed every year at least in CS/EC branch. As far as I know, the highest placement for the passed out batch was 16L

College Events

There's an annual fest called verve which happens every year. It happens to be among the top college fests in Bangalore. There are cultural as well as technical events that take place every alternate month

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible for CET students and quite expensive for ComedK and Management students. For CET students it is 90k per year and for Management and ComedK students, it is 2L per year. And for Management students they've to pay 4L as a donation

Campus Life

Yeah, they're pretty good. Labs are excellent and they happen to be one of the best labs in the city. The sports room is not that good actually, they do not have a lot to offer in the sports room. Other activities are good.

Admission

I got through an exam called ComedK, as I couldn't get admission through K-CET. I got in through the second round of counseling. The admission process was normal just like any other college admission process.

Faculty

They're very good. They indulge in doubt-solving sessions and most of them are well experienced. They try to involve students in the lectures as much as possible. Everyone's cooperative. One of the best colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Remarks:

It is a lush green campus soothing to both eyes and soul, with excellent infrastructure making it anybody's dream college to be in. Being away from the city's chaos it's both peaceful and pollution free while taking care of both your physical and mental health at once.staff and seniors are friendly and cooperative. The college having students from around the country helps you learn new cultures and traditions which as whole is an enriching experience.the most exciting part is that the students that have passed out or graduated from the college are doing well.studying in this college has been a wholesome experience for me.

Brutal and honest review of jss college

Talking about fees it is much less than other collges and placement is also goood and hostel food and timing is really good compared to other colleges.
