Review of my college

Our college doesn't have good campus. The infrastructure is very small. The canteen also is not very well maintained. They collect money for parking. Car parking for students is not allowed the students car has to be parked outside of the college.

Course for curriculum in the engineering is described by the University which is Visvesvaraya Technological University. In the engineering course there will be 3 Internal test and external or final exams. The internal will conclude 20 marks in average to the total marks where external exam will be for 80 marks total marks will be 100. The same format will be conducted for laboratory practical exam.

The placements that come to K.S institute of technology will usually opt the first preference for Computer science and engineering then Electronic and communication then mechanical engineering and telecommunication respectively. Also they provide internship for the student's in the college as the internship is also a part of the curriculum.

In K.S institute of technology many Events and technical talks will be organised. Ananya is the major event that will be celebrated in our college where all the students will take part in that event. And interdepartmental science events will be organised from all the department. Science and tech talk will be organised frequently.

Fee structure in K.S. institute of technology is average when compared to other colleges in Bangalore. Is the seat is alloted through Common Entrance Test the fee will be as described as CET board. If the seat is alloted through management the fee varies for different departments. If anyone get someone's influence the fee may be reduced. For Mechanical, computer science and electronic communications the fee through management will be from 1.5 to 2.5 Lpa where as telecommunication is from 1.5lpa

The scholarship will be given for all the SC and ST students. And the students who have less annual incomes for their parent's will get the scholarship according to that. Certificate has to be provided for the scholarship. There is no loan facility provided by the college to the students.

They give support for extra curricular activities and sports who are excellence in there. But they will not give the attendance to practice for that. They will not give us the hallticket for the exam until we give books and pay the money as penalty. There are laboratory in each department which is a part of curriculum.

The alumni and senior student will help us for the difficult subject and the alumni of our college will help the students about giving information about the further studies such as master's in science and how to crack the interview and all

I was admitted to K.S.I.T by Common Entrance test with sports quota. Got K.S.I.T in Second round of the seat Allotment then i confirmed the seat through C.E.T got the acknowledgement for that college and submitted the acknowledgement at the college for the admission then we will get the challan to pay the fees.

Faculty in K.S institute of college are very experienced in the subject wise. All the faculty have minimum experience of 5 years. They help us to clear all the doubts in the subject at anytime. Our faculty also supports the students who can't attend the classes due to extracurricular activities with the studies.
