College is postive in nature but the only negative side is lack of adequate campus recruitment from the college itself. However college management is continuously concentrating on the placement cell whuch will become a success in coming years.

The college was affiliated to Mahatma Gandi University, Kottayam earlier and presently affiliation changed to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The syllabus is based on APJ technological university. Exams are conducted on 6 month semester basis.

Does not provide internship. college atmosphere is very supportive for placement related activities and there is a active placement cell is there on the college. But the visit of reputed firms to the college for campus recruitment is comparatively less.

A technical fest every year is conducting in college namely "Obsqura" which brings a platform for the students to explore the inner potentials into various angles. The event is open to public and many are visiting during these days.

The merit fee structure is based on the intimations of goverment of kerala and the management qouta fee will be higher than that. However, the fees are affordable for a average family background student and also college offers comparatively less fees than other nearby colleges.

College offers scholarship to students who have got good achievements in qualifying plus two examination and they also getting fee relaxations based in their mark. One of classmate is availed 100 fee scholarship means that she has to pay nothing for her study. College provides ways for many other government and non government scholarships.

One of regional famous Tech Fest named Obsqura is the main extra curricular event in the college. Engineering workshops offers great experience to students, they are very equipped with all essential accessories. In my department, computer labs are of good and also having a browsing room which contains around 50 PCs for internet research help for the students. College has two stadium one is main for football and cricket and other is basketball court.

I have not used hostel facility, was a day scholar. I heared from my friends that hostel fees include food is affordable. They are prividing good quality food cooking inside the hostel mess. Hostel infrastructure is very good.

The passed out students are well achieved in their life. Many are working in Government sector including Defence. Most of the alumnis are working in IT field with indias reputed firms like TCS, IBS, Infosys etc.

I wrote kerala engineering entrance examination on the year 2011 and based on the rank i got the admission on merit seat for computer science department. After clearing KEAM, apply online allotment process for getting admission in this college.

Faculty offers great support to the students in every manner. They are very friendly and co-operative. There are around 6 engineering departments and one each MBA and MCA branches. Head of the each department is a PhD holder with good academic experience.
