Support that made a difference

One of the reasons that i got attracted to this college was the real life based curriculum. The faculties made sure to implement and involve such courses and Lab based subjects so that we are job-ready from the very first day. All the softwares used in corporate world and offices were included in our learnings semester after semester.

The fees I had to pay was rupees 18,000/- per semester. Yes there were scholarships options and i received them for I was pursuing preffesional course. The college was generous enough to offer us with scholarships of rupees 10,000/- every year.

Mnay Many events were organised like escaype, which was the biggest event and they even had a concert, games, plays, dances and what not, many many studnets came togther from different departments together and it was a joyous event held acroos 2-3 days. Apart from this regular internal club activities are held and they even go on feild trips . Sports is greatly appreciated in our college and they even give many benefits to those who are genuinely going forward with their respective games.

For me personally, i was looking for a college which was ready to grant me some elasticity in attendace because i was also pursuing a proffessional course along with bcom. I would like to express my gratitude New LJ Commerce college for the exceptional support they have given me and the other students pursuing proffesional courses. Balancing college academics with proffesional studies would have been tough but they have gone above and beyond to ease this burden; by allowing us full flexibility in attendance and also insisted to not submit any assignments which reduced our academic pressure so that we can focus on our proffesional course. Their trust and support towards us extended immensely when it came to our internal exams. They even gave us an option whether to write any internal exams or not (ONLY for internal exams) ensuring that no student would fail whether they write the exam or not. They even conducted all our lab final exams in a MCQ format and provided us with the material so that we could easily pass those subjects specifically. And when all of this was not enough, they even rewarded us with a scholarship of rupees 10,000 every year for all the hardhips we went through our proffesional courses and also to boost and appreciate our efforts. I would also like to take a moment to give my special thank you to Prof. Ketan Shah who made sure there were absolutely no stones in our way and making our path so so comfortable. From listening to us whether it was academic or personal, he always always made sure that his student came first over anything and nothing should stop us from excelling. To all the faculties , thank you for going above and beyond for making this journey smooth that we never had to choose between our academic goals. I am truly thankful from the bottom of my heart to the college management and faculty for their generosity, understanding and continuous support.

The faculty at our college is highly knowledgeable in their respective subjects and they also were genuinely dedicated to helping the students succeed. Prof. Ketan Shah has emensely showed us with such great support to me and the other students pursuing professional courses and made our journey as easy and comfortable enough that we never had to litghten our academic goals.

The most favourite way to unwind for students is taht they go in their groups to tea post which is inside our college. the main hangout spot is this. other than this there is one big cafeteria . library is also a main attraction spot. often students go and work in silence and the library is well updated.
