New LJ Commerce College

The college is great. The college does not burderns students with assignments as it thinks it's useless and rather conduct a MCQ test on which the assignment marks are decided

The course is rather easy compared to other difficult courses. But an eligible candidate can easily pass it. The exam structure consist of two examinations ie. 1) Internals and 2) externals. Internals are conducted by the college whereas externals are conducted by the University. The course seems relevant and is helpful to get a good paying job in any organisation as the role of accountant clerks. Or anything else

The college has a placement drive whereby around 150 and more companies offers job to the students. Around 80% of the students usually gain good job paying 20000 in a month. Since I haven't been in the placement drive because I'm a second year student, I'm unaware about the companies but I do know, IndiaMart, and other various E-commerce gaints has chosen the students of LJ as the employees

The College celebrate thr following functions in an academic year 1) Parakh event (for freshers) 2) Sports events 3) LJ no Sanedo (a garba festival event) 4) Intoxica (annual function of the college) 5) Fun fiesta, Days Celebration (a two days celebration)

The fees is highly feasible. The fees is always below 7000/- for a semester. No additional fees has to be paid to secure admission in my course. The fees receipt provides all the transparency in the fee-breakdown. From tution fees or study material.

I did not avail any such loan or scholarship since the fees is rather feasible by my parents. I could easily afford the college

The gender ratio can be 10 males : 6 Females in my college. The LJ Campus is tremendous consisting of around 27 and more institutions. There are two Canteens. There's a dedicated Tea Post inside the campus for LJ students and teachers. There is cricket/football groud along with basketball/badminton court. There are all types of lab available. A dedicated music/radio room and etc facilities

The college does Not provide hostel facilities. I, on the other hand, live in a PG which costs me 5500 for a month without food and with Ac. No extra electricity bills or water bills. We do have to manage the daily food expenses on our own

When I first came to the college, I was friends with the seniors. There are helpful seniors who are sweet. My experience regarding seniors was great.

The admission process starts by buying a token from the Gujarat University in which this college is affiliated. With the token you'll receive a Pin by which you can login to the registration site of the university to fill an online application form. Next, if you're a student other than State board, you must visit a college alloted by the University where you have to get your said marks verified by the officials. After that, the university will release the first round of allotment where you'll know which college you are alloted(it was LJ for me). Then you have to pay the admission fee to the University online or through a recognised bank by the University. And show the paid fee receipt to the college to finish the final process of admission.

There are usually 3 lectures, maximum 4 for all semesters in a day. The faculty consist of a senior professor and assistance professor. All senior professor holds PhD in various field while the assisting professor holds either a professional certification or Post graduation. Yes the lectures hold significant relevance.
