Prin. M. C. Shah Commerce College was established in 1963 by Vidyabhavan Trust with the name, Navgujarat Arts and Commerce College. In 1966 the college was divided into Navgujarat Arts College and Navgujarat Commerce College. Prin. M.C.Shah was the first Principal who continued to hold the post till 1986. After his death in 1996, the College was renamed to Prin. M.C.Shah Commerce College from Navgujarat Commerce College.

The college operates on the vision of working and succeeding with integrity, responsibility, regularity, punctuality and sincerity into taking action and making decisions. Mission of this college is to inculcate true values and solid moral foundation in their students to give them knowledge - a light to see the difference and choose the good, learning to live and live to learn - how to lead and live life with self-examination.

Nice college for B.com

Likes

The college did not asking for attendance.
The behavior of staff is good and the college cellebrates all festivals.

Dislikes

The campus of this college is very small.

Admission:

I choose this college because this college did not demanding attendance of student. The merit of this college is high. i am persuading cma with bcom. so i cant attend the lecture of college and college didn't force to come.

Admin staff is somewhat wierd but managable

Admission:

I chose this college because this was the best I could fetch with such grades. The college I wanted was HL but I didn't had enough grades. Admission process is not cumbersome but just prepare documents as required.

The best game room like badminton and other game also
The facility of college like Library and canteen are very good.

Dislikes

There is no parking facility for the bikes of students.

Admission:

Admission process held semester to semester wise in a year means one semester admission at one time . When i cleared my 12th then i online apply gujarat university form so i allotted this mc shah college and then i easily apply the admission procedure. There are my more good college but this is the best in my opinion

Admission process was online on website of gujarat university eligibility is 12th pass from central or state board. Reservation is there for sc/st/obc category. Admission can be improved by taking fees online rather than making a queue of students

if you pass 12 commerce than you encroll for admission go gujrat university website and register with appication fees reservation available for obc ,st, sc exam level is easy admission process not difficult at all

It's very good college for commerce students

Prin MC Shah Commerce College, Ahmedabad does not offer the BCA course. It offers the BCom course. You must have done (10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. He/She should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
