Course Curriculum Overview
I want to become a chef that's the reason I choose this course. The curriculum is good and includes both therory and pratical subjects. My college helps me to get more updated and frequent details about my favorite department . My college teach about every department clearly. In my college they will give more therory recipes to learn and pratice which helps to get more interest about in it. Teaching methods are very professional and easily understandable for every students No difficulty level on the exams because they will teach us clearly and we are having the monthly exams which is helpful for less difficulty level in our semester exams
Internships Opportunities
In internship we have to work in all departments in every hotel We will get stipend like 5000 per month depends on the hotel may vary Hotels like itc, taj, accord, marriot, le meridein, grt Projects are given for final sen students
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placements in the 6th semester Itc grand chola, taj fisherman, the leela palace, Grt, novotel, Marriot, le meriden The highest package is 3LPA 90% of the students are getting placements After my degree i want to become a chef

Chennais Amirta Institute of hotel management BSC catering and hotel administration - 88500/yearly DCHA (diploma in catering and hotel administration) - 76500/yearly DFP (diploma in food production) -60000/yearly In this college they're providing many scholarships for their students . Aspect of my college is its "Earn while you learn" Progam. Through this program students can work part-time or odc in the hotel industry while studying they can earn upto 10,000 per month.

Admission
When I thought about my chef career i searched in the internet login in the chennais amirta website they approached me. I thougth this college is well known for hotel management. And they respond me well and explained about the course and fees structure. I like the way answered and approach me for choosing this course So i choose this college
Faculty
My college faculty members are experienced, friendly, and very supportive towards students which makes it easy for students to approach teachers for doubts and guidance. Most faculties explain both theory and practical subjects clearly, especially in kitchen, bakery, and food production classes. They also encourage students to participate in practical training and improve their hospitality skills. The relationship between students and faculties is professional and approachable . Before the semester exams we have 2 model exams like mut 1, mut 2 which is very helpful for me to learn and practice for semester exams My favourite faculty is Chef Ponezhilan ( Food Production Faculty) He is my favorite faculty because he's very friendly and experienced staff Chef shared his experience and guides me well
Night Life
Campus timing for Morning batches - 9.30am-12.45pm Afternoon batches - 1.30pm - 4.45 pm Hostel timing for students must be inside hostel before 8pm Tea game hangout place is my favorite place inside my college
