Course Curriculum Overview

3

Curriculum included many of the wanted courses such as python, android data structures, multimedia Java, but teachers are not very much trained to teach them in advanced methods to the students. The method of teaching can be improved a lot, curriculum prepares for real-world applications. In a good manner as the subject includes many of the trending topics such as android development, Python development course, curriculum is structured well but teaching methods needs to be improved. Teachers can learn recent technologies and also help students to build the code from the scratch because in school also students will not be able to learn coding in college. They are not teaching it properly by explaining the logic. Timing of exam frequency is fine as there are only two main exams. One is for one semester is the second semester that is the end semester of that particular year.

Placement Experience

2

My course is a five year course, so it had around 9 to 10 semesters as the first year had no semester. It was a non-semester. So first year had only one semester exam followed by all the other semesters other years at two semesters. From fifth year, students are eligible for campus placements During Covid time, our campus, Placement happened so companies visited are Shlok labs, some assignment writing company which is already closed now and some other start-ups which are not very famous and offer made us around 10,000 per month Highest package received is around 3.5,00,000 per year percentage of students getting Placement is very less only 30 to 40 percentage not even that much. I can say if we apply any companies directly, we will be placed but not through college and especially this course, but other courses are having very good opportunities. As this course recruiters will say it is over qualified.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no separate scholarship details available. The fee structure is provided only on a semester wise basis. For one semester the fees paid is approximately 25,000 which comes to around 50,000 per year. This total fees includes all charges such as tuition fees, lab fees, and development fees with no specific breakdown into individual categories

Campus Life

4

Pongal celebration and annual College Day celebrations Independence Day Republic Day celebrations are conducted no specific technical festival The range and accessibility of books and journals available with the library is huge. Everyone can access any number of books and can return it within the window. We can also donate books to the library. Facilities and technological provisions within the classroom is very much to be appreciated as there was no blackboard writing. Only LED screen paper presentations were made and if first staff want to teach anything, they will write it in the board and show in the LED board itself, not in the blackboard, everything is projector. Sports and extra curricular activities are available, but not encouraged much only if we come to know if we go to the ground, we will get to know about any activities, not particularly encouraged by faculties Student and social group, but college itself has came forward and formed groups like photography, group, environment groups, dance group, singing group, so all the students must participate in that and it was a very good initiative so that it will make any impact on the student life

Admission

Using my 10th mark sheet, I have applied to this college. It is an arts and science College so there are no interviews for this. I just applied before my 12th results and I was very keen not getting admission from this college only as I already liked the atmosphere infrastructure facilities we get from the college. The phase is also very much affordable to the course.. I didn't get any rejection from other colleges I liked only this college and I didn't apply to anything else. As I mentioned earlier. We previously got admission from this college using my 10th mark sheet. Nothing went wrong. Everything went smooth. Admission process before receiving your 12th results. You can provide your 10th standard mark sheet and get your seat confirmed in the specific course. If you would like to go for engineering course, you need to pay some heavy donation around 8 to 9,00,000 this was during 2016, but now it will be much more larger sum. For my course, I think I paid around 10 to 20,000 for donation. Only fees paid. We are eligible for writing the semester exam and I need to clear all my assignments lab practical and should not keep any backlog from the CIA exam and model exam 25 percentage is considered for the main semester exam and out of 75. We write it hundred marks is considered for the lab practicals.

Faculty

4

51 members in our class. Each subject had 1 faculty. Same faculty handled the lab as well. No separae staff for lab. Practicals are not taught properly especially coding. No explanation of the logic. Exams are CIA, Model exam and Semester Exam. Around 10 students fail to clear tbe exam. Exam is moderate. However they were trained and made to clear the exam later on. Student teacher relationship is ok. However there are some politics and partiality between few students and teachers which is expected in every college. I cannot name all the faculties, but few faculties are exceptionally good because they track every student and and few very few faculties also thought coding and practical in a very good manner where every student can work on it and learn it very well, but not every staff do the same.

Night Life

5

College is not an evening. College starts at 9 AM and ends by 3:30 PM. There is a gym and there is cafeteria which is available until 7 to 8 pm and hostel facilities are excellent vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is there. People need to be careful in that because sometimes non-vegetarian food will be served for vegetarian students? Public area. Is very much accessible. The area is formed as a garden or a park, so it feels very good place Famous inside the college is 0 x 100, mexitoes College itself had many places so that students don't want to go outside for food or any hangout places as I told college security is okay in around the night because security is always available each hundred metres

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography, the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate, which helps in consistent preparation, however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning, and modern teaching methods

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.
