Course Curriculum Overview
BSc Zoology is a 3- year undergraduate program that entails the advanced study and research in the field of Parasitology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biostatistics, Immunology, Evolution, Developmental biology, Cell biology, Genetics, Aquaculture, Bioinformatics, Animal and environmental biotechnology, Animal physiology, Molecular biology, rDNA technology, Applied zoology, Vertebrate and Invertebrate biology. The syllabus actually provides in-depth knowledge of various funtionalities. They also include value based studies and subject related skill development courses. The course curriculum is very usefull for the candidates.
Internships Opportunities
TVS and Kalyan jewellers hire students for accounts maintaining. Around 80% of students got internships in AVS sugar factory for accounts. Our college provided placements until now. Students placements, and they are benefitted from their hard work.
Placement Experience
The college has a placement record of 10.5% for 3 year UG course. The median package offered for my batch is around 120000 Lakh. From the 5th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. My plan after a degree is persuing another degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The actual tution fees for a semester is 5000rs . Additionaly you need to pay exam fees, bus fees, breakage fees, etc., They also provide the reduction of fees for SC/ST candidates. The complete cost of my education is around 30000rs. The college provide reasonable fees for the course.
Campus Life
The management conduct various competition to encourage the students talent. The pushpamala is the very popular intercollege function conducted by the management. The classrooms are provided with several lab equipment. The college atmosphere is very hygiene and pollution free . The management also encourage the sports activities and conduct sports day . Other than extracurricular activities they also conduct varios seminor programes for the educational purpose
Admission
Canditate must have passed 10,12 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board. The admission process was so easy to apply. One can find the application fees, dates, etc., on the official website . You can also apply through the college office. Students belonging to SC/ST category will be given a reduction of fees amount. This course won't need any entrance examination so the students are selected based on the cut-off mark.
