Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the course curriculum 7.5 to 8 out of 10 in terms of relevance. One major reason to choose this course was the inclusion of industry oriented subjects, updated specializations(like , Health Informatics , AI-ML, Cloud etc.) and the Fully Flexible Credit System
Internships Opportunities
my college provides good intership opportunities through collaborations with various companies. students get exposure to real world projects and practical learning. these interships help in developing skills, gaining experience and improving career prospects
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements by the 7th semester. The college provides excellent internship opportunities. Top companies visit our campus, offering a strong average package of 10LPA. After graduating, I plan to work with health-tech companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise total fees paid is 350000 approx for the entire year. This includes tution fees of 200000, hostel fees of 160000 and rest is admission fees of 20000 approx containing caution fees in it. My batchmates also have the same fees structure.
Campus Life
Overall the college life in VIT Bhopal is engaging due to different club events and college main fest AdVITya. The library offers diverse books and journals. There are smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, sports facilities and active student clubs.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel provides AC rooms with 4 bunk beds, making it suitable for shared living. Basic facilities are available in the room. The mess food quality is average with a simple menu. The registration process is smooth and the overall fee of 1.60 lakh feels slighly hight but manageable
Admission
I choose VIT Bhopal over other colleges because of its brand value, centralised placement sytem and modern infrastructure. I also applied for SRM, Manipal but did not get into them due to fees and their long route issue. The admission process of VIT Bhopal is through VITEEE.
Faculty
The faculty to studetn ratio is moderate, though it can feel high in branches like CSE. Most faculty members are well qualified (PHDs). The curriculum is structured with core subjects, lab works. Marks are divided between internals, mid-tern and end-term
Night Life
Nightlife at VIT Bhopal is calm. Campus in-time is around 9-10pm and hostel closes at 9:30pm . Gym and cafeteria closes by evening, library/ public areas closes arounf 6-7pm. Student unwind via hostel gatherings or late talks. Outside spots like DB Mall and lakes are popular in bhopal
