Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Curriculum is good and relevant to all the industry needs today. Also it includes all the subjects and courses, the dificulty of the exams are medium also the time provided to write the exam is 3 hours, they coupd improve it by only teaching the core subjects opted by the student that helps them in their placement
Internships Opportunities
The college provides internships to the students and also gives you attendance for the semester if they approve the internship but if they don't approve the internship then you dont get attendance, internships that get approved are those offered by Tata motors, TCS, infosys, Amazon etc(basically renowned companies) the internship projects include ciding, developing, research based etc
Placement Experience
Students can become eligible for placement or internship from mostly third semester and the placent is decently good but the number of students is too high so the average package reduces and the college claims 100 percent placement but according to me it could be nealy 90-95 percent, highest package is 1Cr but that was off campus and in campus it was 40L, companies that visit are TCS, tata motors, infosys,etc
Fees and Financial Aid
It is 3,50,000 for Btech CSE with specialization BCT and it keeps on increasing every year now it is 4,00,000 for the same course and for core the fees has now reached 5,00,000 also there are scholarships based on the score in SRMJEEE for which u should pay 1000 for filling the form
Campus Life
It has a techinal fest named Arush organised by a club named Arush, Cultural fest named Milan organised by DSA and there are more than 100 of clubs through out the campus, also it has sports club and the classrooms have Ac's smart board and very comfortable chairs and table, the college has a library consisting of 3 floors and consists various books, also if u are the head of any club then it helps in your placement as h can mention it in your resume
Admission
I chose this college becuase i got a scholarship on the third phase of the exam and there was no other examination going on that time so i chose this college, Also it is a good option for students because the placement is good and yes i applied for new horizon too
Faculty
There are a lot pf faculties in the College comsidering the fact that the same subject is thaught to all the students of the course in the same time slot and the exam is very fair there is squad roaming in every exam so very less chamces of cheating
Night Life
For boys the hostel gate closes at 9 PM, and for girls the hostel gate closed at 7PM there are canteens inside the hostel and also very hard to trespass college coz they tale attendance everyday but after 2nd year these thing become a bit easier coz they dont take attemdance mostly then, also there are gyms and swimming pool inside the college, the locality is very safe and a famous hangout place is TRS
