Remarks

In my college there is no support for sports and there is studing 1500above boys and there is only 6 bathrooms. And the college is excelent for studing there freedom for all activites like education based programmes

Course Curriculum Overview

Exam structure is very good but publication of the result is too late that is the main negative point but exam circumstances and the course shedule is very good and helpful for us so curriculam is so good.

Placement Experience

There no job oppertunitis or intenship for us. Our college is only degree college so there is no intenship for us and there is a post graduation department for us that is help for the studious people in my college

College Events

There is lot of events is celebrated in my college following are main events of my college union day, arts day, sports day, fresher's day, these events all are celebrating in my college so there is may events

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible not expensive in my admission time, I paid only 2500 for my admiasion that is not expensive for all students in the college so there no expesive fee for studying in my college

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no loan facility for us in the college but there is scholarship for the students. for better study there a lot of scholarship giving the college management that is helpful for the poor backward students

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities like aports labs and library are very good in every year we celebrate sports day and we all the students particepate in thecgames like volley ball, cricket and other athletic games.

Hostel Facilities

There is ony 5000 fee only bin the hostel and in this fee food and accoumodation there giving this fee is not a expensive fee for one month, the college giving the smallest rate for students so this kind of facility is good for us

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

They are very helpful. Also they are good friend for us. They will share their notes or text of previous year and the they are giving many experience of this college and also shares the good thoughts.

Admission

When I passed +2, I decided to go to the college so I gave my details in the adimission process like allotment process and i got merit seat in the trial allotment and i joined the college in few days

Faculty of the college is good than any other college. In my college there is many labs and library and other technology for us that is so good for us and there many facility to study well for us that indicates the quality of our college

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Placement Experience:

Placements cells are supportive in terms of networking with different companies and are readily active for the students competing in getting internships and placements. The college has a tie up with different companies like Infosys , Wipro , Deloitte , IBM , NVIDIA , Deshaw Private Limited etc. Students become eligible from semester 5 onwards for on campus placements. The offers made by these companies are 8 LPA to 9 LPA by deloitte , innfosys , and IBM but the highest package is being offered by Deshaw and NVIDIA that is 60 LPA and 47 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA and the percentage of students getting placed are above 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work for an IT Company to get the hands on knowledge about what the current technologies demand and get experienced in that and work further upon it.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

The college was founded by the Nair service society , a forward caste development educational society to provide quality education to all the aspiring students from central kerala hailing from lower and middleclass families ,the college has a legacy of decades and during my admission which was so many years ago (approx 30 yrs) , the primary criteria for admission to degree courses was a secound class mark in the state pre degree exams which I managed to get in my first attempt itself.
