Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was relevant and comprehensive especially in computer science fundamentals programming and practical labs ,well for real world applications exam year semester wise and moderate moderately difficult more industry exposure could improve it
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities included roles at companies like TCS Infosys and local startups with stipends. intern worked on real projects like software development and testing delivering functional modules and documentation that improve their skills and portfolio
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placement from 6th semester top companies visit offering roles in software and it highest package 52 LPA average 4.5 and 70% students placed
Fees and Financial Aid
I completed my B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from 2019 to 2023. The fee structure was revised every year, and the overall fees increased gradually each year. Year wise tuition fees:- First Year - 153000 Second year - 156000 Third Year - 159000 Fourth Year - 162000 NOTE:- The tuition fees were paid semester-wise, and an additional 1500 per semester was charged as a semester-fee. NOTE:- An examination fee of 6000 per year charged every year. Other Compulsory Fees (One-Time/ Additional Charge) ->Security Deposit: 10000 (paid in the first year , refundable after course completion; received back after college) -> Alumni Fee : 1000 (one-time, charged at the time of admission) Hostel & Mess Fees First Year:- -> Hostel (3-seater):- 47000(one time payment) -> Mess Fee:- 32000(include food and limited dispensary/medical facilities) Second Year:- -> Hostel(2-seater):- 58000 -> Mess Fee: 32000(including dispensary) Third Year:- -> Hostel(Single Seater):- 60000 -> Mess Fee:- 32000 (including dispensary) Fourth Year:- -> Hostel(Single Seater):- 62000 -> Mess Fee:- 32000(including dispensary) NOTE:- Hostel security Deposite 5000 (refundable; received back after course completion) NOTE:- I belong to the General category, and i do not have detailed or exact information regarding the fee structure for SC,ST,OBC categories.
Campus Life
Campus life was vibrant with annual faced techfest in fab cultural fest in March library had a good range of books/ journals. classroom were well equipped with tech facilities sports clubs and students run groups enhanced learning and social life
Hostel Facilities
GLA university hostels offer single double and triple rooms with furniture WI fi 24/7 power and security mesh provided decent meals with varied menu registration is easy and affordable many students prefer hostels over rented PCs nearby
Admission
I applied for many colleges including amity galgotias and got some confirmed admissions but choose ikkis college for better facility infrastructure placement and campus life admission was smooth via their own exam with clear cut off and guidance
Faculty
The faculty -to-student ratio was balanced . Teachers were appoachable and supportive. Exams were semester-wise , moderate in difficulty , and the curriculum was relevant to the course.
Night Life
campus night life was lively yet safe. Ohh thank you hostel swear accessible 24/7 library and James closed by 9:00 PM cafeterias by 12:00 PM students hang out in campus launch mess and nearby cafes allocation was safe making evening works and late studies sessions enjoyable
