Experience of IIITM

Curriculum and the teaching method is good but according to our education system it follws the old teaching style, teachers are good though. Here in the campus we have many restrictions thats not good at all.

I don't think so that the college does provide any kind of intership opportunities you have to learn at your own and be capable enough of getting internships at your own. For getting internships you have to do a handfull of hard work.

We have an yearly fees of approximately 400000, which is according to me is very high, as they are not providing that much facility as comparrd to the amount of fees they were taking. If you belong to OBC category then you might apply for NSP scholarship.

Every year we have a tech fest known as Ahuba that is quite good, other than that their are programs being celebrated here but they are not conducted that good, it doesn't feel luke going to those events. And for sports if you are close to the general secretary of sports then only you will be able to take participate in inter iiit.

You will be provided a bed, a chair and table in the room. Some rooms do have attached washroom and for others there are common washrooms, and the attached washrooms need to be cleaned by your own, no one gonna come and clean tour washrooms

I have choosen this college because I haven't got a good rank in JEE so thats why I'm here, I have made some mistakes while the preparation so I am unable to get a good rank. The admission process is quite easy but it is so strict as well you have to be on time.

Faculties are less in number the managing staff also have to teach, in every semester you have to give 4 exams in total, which are three assessment and an final semester exam, so the exams are very frequent.

There is no night life in this college after 7 we are not permitted to go outside, and boys hostel is outside the campus and the girls hostel is inside the campus also. And the only canteen you have i the college gets closed at 6pm.
