- I never saw an Olympic size pool but for the first time I saw 3 such pools as they are there at our campus.
- We also have rarest of the rare sports facilities such as fencing too.
- Our university has made placements to over 500 plus organization so far.
Dislikes
- Barring our department students hardly get core area placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
Most ideal course for sure as I believe our course is quite comfortable in making us learn coding as well as AI. Both are inclusive in our course and no surprises as many change ups keep happening. Tech wold is changing with rush and therefore we too have to rush every single day.oje actually feels alive with such cours and thus I took this course.
Placement Experience
Mid cap to large cap, every company that can afford our students services are invited to our university for hiring students. Thus far nearly 500 organizations have been invited to our university and a good bit of placements percentage is also there. No students of our university recruited have come under fire and therefore the companies which have laid faith in LPU students have kept hiring year after year.
Fees and Financial Aid
LPU jalandhar is a private university and also the biggest of all in terms of area, students, and courses available here. The fees is still quite low than many others as for CSE our fees is 3.4 lakhs a year. Also, hostel fees is around 1.6 lakhs a year and thus it's 5 lakhs around which i have to pay to the university every year.
Campus Life
One has to be careful as our college is more advanced than Jalandhar City. We have so many cafes and advanced salons and everything inside the campus. We have a sports stadium full of extraordinary facilities. We have many fest and One India and One World is definitely the best event one will ever witness and I can say with authority that it's better than any concert.
Hostel Facilities
A proper 1 BHK flat is what we have and shared by three girls. So along with room we get a drawing room too. We have multiple mess but the beauty of our university is that only pure vegetarian food is served at our campus. Hostels are expensive but the experience that it offers is totally worth it.
Admission
Our university entrance is now given by around 100k students. The experience campaigner is what our university is and they organize our entrance LPU Nest in a way that every student scoring well are also awarded scholarships too.
Faculty
Faculties of our university have made special arrangements for students. Every class they make sure they share new PPTs, share some more insights and also share their experiences as most of them have corporate experience. Professor Nilekini Sir is the best as his knowledge in Deeptech is such that he has offered so many offers by start-ups.
Night Life
Jaldhanr has one top spot and that's Haveli. Besides that there are a couple of malls which we go mostly for shopping or watching movies as rest all facilities be it cafe or sports we have everything inside our campus.
