Remarks

There is a water problem but they manege to supply water from outside and we get many positive remarks than negative and the college is very helpful to eradicate the problems which occur in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview

The college is named as famous college for it's infrastructure and the discipline the exams structure there will be two minor exams. Called internal exams and major exams called final sem exam if we feel ill there will be make up exams and for failure student the extra chance given in summer exams.

Placement Experience

The every student has a goal to be placed in company and we have good placement opportunity and the more more companies have visited our college every year, We feel proud about the placement system here

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is bit high and it's affordable by the student and the college fees is about 27 thousand for new admission and the for unaided students it's about half of aided student and it's feasible and not expensive compared to other colleges

Admission

I have got the admission through Karnataka common entrance exam and secured the best ranking and got government seat in our college we need to be eligible for cutoff ranking of the college so we get a admission

Faculty

The faculty is a big matter in every college but we don't need to worry the best faculty is our responsibility and we have got that and they have gods and wide range of knowledge and they have long time teaching experience. even every faculty has a best qualification

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year
