Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum at Quantum University roorkee is fairly good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness, though there are some drawbacks. Many programs such as btech bca and other technical courses are industry oreinted and include a mix of theory practical labs assignments projects and regular assessments.
Fees and Financial Aid
Quantum university roorkee has a clear fee structure and offers scholarships for students based on merit. For the B.tech course, which is four years long, the first-year tuition is around 1.62 lakh, and the following years cost about 1.465 lakh each, making the total around 6.02 lakh. Other courses have similar fees: BCA costs about 2.89 lakh in total, BBA ranges from 2.88 lakh to 5.69 lakh depending on specialization, and B.Sc is around 4.17 lakh. The fees have been incearsing over the year; for example, the B.Tech course previously cost around 4.16 lakh but now totals 6.02 lakh.The university provides scholarships under the "Q-Care" program and based on board exam or entrance exam performance. For B.Tech, students with top ranks in entrance exams (like JEE) can get a 100% tuition waiver in the first year, while others may recieve 80%, 70%, 50%, or 40% off. Students with high marks in their 10+2 board exams can also get scholarship, including a full tuition waiver in the first year for 90%+ scores in many undergraduate courses like BBA,BCA, or B.Sc.
Campus Life
My experience at quantum university felt like real college life. The campus is well-developed, with clean classroom functonal labs a central library wifi and separte hostels for boys and girls with security. There are also sports facilities a gym green surrondings and a mess and canteen so student have more than just lecture to focus on.
Admission
I choose Quantum university roorkee over the other colleges I applied to mainly because it offered a good balance of affordability, infrastructure and a smooth admission process. Compared to some other colleges
Faculty
Most students feel that quantum university faculty are reasonable qualified and approachable. Many teachers have master's or PhD degrees, and they are often helpful with doubts, project and practical work especially in technical and professional courses. The course structure is a mix of theory and practical learning , with labs programming assignments projects mid-term exams semester exams and internal assessment.
Night Life
Quantum university has a campus life focused around hostels with separate secure hostel for boys and girls 24/7 wifi common rooms a gym and spaces for events and cultural activities. On campus evenings are often spent in friendly social hangouts latenight group studies
