My college review

Positive review is that college educational structure is good but it needs to be improve and negative review is that placement cell is very rude and brings those companies which does not provide salary accordingly.

There were eight semesters each of 6 months and syllabus was designed accordingly. In each semester there were two mid terms each of 20 marks and there was end term which was of 40 marks and then finally practical.

There are lot of job oppurtunities provided by college. Lot of companies visit for campus placement but salary provided by them is not very high. We have to arrange internship by own. College doesn't provide any internship.

There are lot of events celebrated in college like Maitree (Inter college Sports fest), Spandan (Annual cultural fest), Srijan (Inter school competition for various schools), fate(different stalls of food and quiz) etc.

As it is deemed university it is very expensive. There is estimated expense of around 2.5 lakh per year though they provide services accordingly but very expensive for middle class people but hostel is very good.

There is no loan provided by the college. We have to arrange by own. College only provides scholarship to those who secured above 90 percent in intermediate which is around thirty three thousand per year.

There are lot of extracurricular activities held throughout the year in which any student can participate. The labs are quiet good and every student gets chance to do experiment and also they have good equipments.

College arrange alumini meet for aluminis every year but when any alumini needs help from administration they are not friendly. We have to wander many places to get the documents from college campus.

Firstly I went to the college campus then we went to admission office where they took my test and after completion of test. They give me admission and asked for my choice of branch. After that we submitted the fees.

The faculty of college is highly qualified and mostly are from IIT's and NIT's and very friendly and supporting. They are always ready to solve queries of students and also helpful in doing researches.
