GEU is GOAT of private universities!

Aeronautics is the future and it is the pathway of many career choices and hence I opted this course. Aviation industry is getting bigger and better and engineers and graduates in these fields are the ones who are in demand forever. This was one of the biggest motivation of choosing this course as I needed this badly.

HAL, DRDO, ane ISRO are the ones which needs aeronautical engineers and therefore we have been promised Internships there as well. Since we are th first batch placements even I don't know at what packages or companies will we finally end up getting.

GEU Dehradun has recently introduced our course which is BSc Aeronautics and fees for the same is 2.75 lakhs a year. Also, scholarship for students of Uttarakhand is there and it is 10%. Also, Army parents kids and kids of Corono Warriors also gets 10-15% scholarship which is directly implied.

Our university campus is rather confusing as some branches are shifted to other campuses. So, these kind of things keep on happening but the main campus is clean and all the buildings are again so clean and has every tech facility available. We have many events and fests are like every month. The main fest of GEU ke Grafest and it is combinedof both GEU and GEHU.

In Dehradun no university offers BSc in the relevant field and therefore GEU was only option. If one wants to do Aeronautical engineering then there are plenty of options but not in BSc. A PI round and 12th marks which should have Physics and Maths in 12th was more than enough to prove the eligibility.

All our faculties are PhD in Aeronautical and have 10 years combined teaching and research experience as well. So, this proves their potency and the way they teaches and guide us is superb. Since only three days classes and vaat course, our faculties still takes time out to ensure that we have all our previous doubts cleared at first.

Related to our course and basic questions for life and family background were asked during the interviews. It was an amazing round which lasted just a few minutes but helped me become mor confident as it were the potent people who did that interview rounds.

Around GEU there's ISBT so catching bus is very easy. Also every form of commuting from sharing auto which is also known as Vikram is available from early morning to 9 pm easily. Cafes are numerous and from Chinese to Burger one can find any such items easily available at our campus.
