What Students Say

Likes

Infrastructure is such quality that if India wants they can take inspiration from it.
Roads of our campus are clean as a whistle as brooming is done atleast twice everyday.
Washrooms are there at each floor of the building and therefore one don't have to rush for it.

Dislikes

Students are not as per a too class university should have as most have come from management quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is amazing as we have every variable in our syllabus. There's nothing unheard of as soon as something in tech know how comes it's been taught to us. I have done four semesters and skills programming comes in 5th semester onwards and I am already quite excited about it as it is about to happen.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 235000 per year

Internships Opportunities

It's Data Matics, Mug Robots and others which have a lot in common are the ones that offered internships. Stipend was less as just 6-7k is offered and that was all we got. However it was a long learning curve and I enjoyed with them.

Fees and Financial Aid

For engineering and especially CSE at GKA Mathura the fees is 2.30 lakhs yearly. In the first year it was 2.2 lakhs and now it increased by 10k. So, total engineering cost at GLA University in Mathura will be 10 lakhs around.

Campus Life

GLA campus is humongous as there are over 20 buildings in the campus and trees and garden all around. Two Amphitheatre and 4 auditoriums. One common big seminar hall and sports facilities in way of abundance. We have our law fest Law Kripa along with a common fest for all. Campus is amazing and so is campus life here.

Admission

For CSE my first choice was DTU but couldn't get there and so I decided instead of going to other city and staying at the hostels, it's better that i stay home as going away and then looking after oneself is anyday a tough thing.

Faculty

At GLA number of facilities that teaches us are post graduation done and even researched in multiple fields done. Top heavy faculties as students are not that quality so to make sure they become a quality one quality faculties are brought on.

Night Life

Everything is inside as our university is little far from main Mathura City. It's actually closer to Vrindavan and therefore it is definitely the place we all go out to. From Iskcon Temple to Bakke Bihari Temple, it's Vrindavan all the way.

The Placement In all the Branch is really impressive except civil branch , CSE & IT has offer per student placement of 2 to 3 Companies and average package of 5 to 6 lakh, while in ther branches 90% of student get placed with average package og 3.6 lakh , oly civil suffer in placement with only sucess rate og nearly 30%.

Placement Experience:

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester onwards students became eligible for campus placements.They are only few companies come on our college and very few offers.The highesr paid package by an company to our college student is 40 lac per annum but the average package is 4.5 lac per annum.Only 10 percent of students get on campus placements.I will pursue M.Tech from any other university.
